【摘要】:中國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織十多年來(lái),汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)歷了歷史上發(fā)展最好、最快的十年,特別是在成功應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際金融危機(jī)考驗(yàn)之后,連續(xù)兩年產(chǎn)銷量名列世界第一,成為世界最大的汽車生產(chǎn)國(guó)和消費(fèi)國(guó),并開(kāi)始踏上由大到強(qiáng)的新征程。在這一征程中,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升是汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)由大變強(qiáng)的關(guān)鍵。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,外商直接投資的流入無(wú)疑是我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)先進(jìn)技術(shù)、先進(jìn)知識(shí)、先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)等的重要途徑,外商直接投資對(duì)中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新必然產(chǎn)生一定的影響。 改革開(kāi)放之初,我國(guó)政府在汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)施“以市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”的策略,吸引了大量的跨國(guó)汽車企業(yè)在中國(guó)投資,使我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入合資合作階段。尤其是中國(guó)加入世貿(mào)組織以來(lái),隨著對(duì)外開(kāi)放程度的進(jìn)一步加深,外商直接投資的流入更是大幅增加,使我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)銷量大幅提升,極大地促進(jìn)了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,提高了汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的整體技術(shù)水平,使汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),,成為拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、促進(jìn)就業(yè)的重要力量。但近來(lái)也有越來(lái)越多的人對(duì)“以市場(chǎng)換技術(shù)”的策略產(chǎn)生質(zhì)疑,認(rèn)為外資的進(jìn)入導(dǎo)致國(guó)內(nèi)汽車企業(yè)對(duì)國(guó)外技術(shù)過(guò)度依賴,忽視了消化吸收和自主創(chuàng)新,阻礙了中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的提升。 針對(duì)上述FDI對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新影響的爭(zhēng)論,本文試圖通過(guò)實(shí)證分析,明確FDI與自主創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系,即明確FDI是促進(jìn)還是阻礙了中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的自主創(chuàng)新,為我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在新時(shí)期如何更好利用外商直接投資促進(jìn)自主創(chuàng)新提供相關(guān)依據(jù)。 本文共有四章。第一章闡述了FDI對(duì)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的理論基礎(chǔ),歸納和梳理了自主創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)理論及FDI對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新的作用機(jī)理;第二章分別對(duì)中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)利用FDI的現(xiàn)狀和中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,總結(jié)了FDI對(duì)中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響,同時(shí)指出中國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新面臨的主要問(wèn)題;第三章利用計(jì)量模型對(duì)FDI與汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,得出FDI對(duì)自主創(chuàng)新能力有一定促進(jìn)作用的結(jié)論;最后一章是在前三章分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從政府、產(chǎn)業(yè)和企業(yè)三個(gè)層面提出提升汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新能力的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In the more than 10 years since China joined the WTO, the auto industry has experienced the best and fastest development in history, especially after successfully coping with the test of the international financial crisis, and has ranked first in the world in terms of production and sales for two consecutive years. To become the world's largest car producer and consumer, and start a new journey from big to strong. In this journey, the automobile industry independent innovation ability enhancement is the automobile industry from the big change the key. Under the background of economic globalization, the inflow of foreign direct investment is undoubtedly an important way for China's automobile industry to learn advanced technology, advanced knowledge, advanced management experience, etc. Foreign direct investment is bound to have a certain impact on the independent innovation of China's automobile industry. At the beginning of reform and opening up, our government implemented the strategy of "exchanging market for technology" in the automobile industry, which attracted a large number of multinational automobile enterprises to invest in China, which made our automobile industry enter the stage of joint venture and cooperation. Especially since China's accession to the WTO, with the further deepening of the opening to the outside world, the inflow of foreign direct investment has increased substantially, which has greatly increased the production and sales of China's automobile industry and greatly promoted the development of the automobile industry. The whole technology level of automobile industry has been improved, and the automobile industry has become an important pillar industry of national economy, an important force to stimulate economic development and promote employment. However, recently, more and more people have questioned the "market for technology" strategy, arguing that the entry of foreign capital has led domestic automobile enterprises to rely excessively on foreign technology, neglecting digestion, absorption and independent innovation. Hinders the Chinese automobile industry independent innovation ability enhancement. In view of the above arguments about the impact of FDI on independent innovation, this paper attempts to clarify the relationship between FDI and independent innovation through empirical analysis, that is, to clarify whether FDI promotes or hinders independent innovation in China's automobile industry. It provides relevant basis for how to make better use of foreign direct investment (FDI) to promote independent innovation in China's automobile industry in the new period. There are four chapters in this paper. The first chapter expounds the theoretical basis of FDI to independent innovation of automobile industry, summarizes and combs the related theories of independent innovation and the mechanism of FDI to independent innovation; The second chapter analyzes the current situation of China's automobile industry using FDI and the current situation of China's auto industry's independent innovation, summarizes the impact of FDI on China's automobile industry, and points out the main problems that China's auto industry's independent innovation is facing. The third chapter uses the econometric model to make an empirical analysis on the relationship between FDI and the independent innovation of automobile industry, and draws the conclusion that FDI can promote the independent innovation ability to a certain extent; the last chapter is based on the analysis of the first three chapters, from the government, The paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the independent innovation ability of automobile industry at the three levels of industry and enterprise.
