中國銀行私人銀行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)對策研究

【摘要】:國內(nèi)改革開放三十多年的讓一部分人先富了起來,這群金字塔塔尖的富裕人士形成了巨大的財富管理市場,這些富人對財富的傳承、保值增值需求迫切,由此私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。中國銀行在國內(nèi)中資銀行率先開辦了私人銀行業(yè)務(wù),經(jīng)過幾年發(fā)展,已經(jīng)有了長足的進(jìn)步。但是在私人銀行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)方而,目前仍存在一些問題,本研究將通過分析中國銀行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的問題,提出改進(jìn)建議。 目前國內(nèi)的私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)主要以財富管理為核心,對高端客戶的財富保值增值提供的私密的、個性化的“管家式”服務(wù)。伴隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行也開始業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,普遍重視個人高端財富管理業(yè)務(wù),私人銀行業(yè)務(wù)更成為各商業(yè)銀行競爭的重點(diǎn)方向。私人銀行的職能是幫助富人打理財富,讓這些財富保值增值并世代相傳,包括中國銀行在內(nèi)國內(nèi)目前私人銀行產(chǎn)品目前主要是針對財富保值增值方面的,對財富傳承、全球化資產(chǎn)配置方面鮮有成功案例。 針對國內(nèi)私人銀行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的研究,目前學(xué)術(shù)界較少涉獵,本文通過對行業(yè)環(huán)境和中國富人階層進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合中國銀行目前產(chǎn)品研發(fā)狀況,提出切實(shí)可行的改進(jìn)措施,主要分為四個部分:一是緒論,敘述了選題背景及文獻(xiàn)研究情況以及研究方法;二是介紹了中國銀行私人銀行產(chǎn)品體系,對產(chǎn)品研發(fā)體系狀況進(jìn)行了分析;三是分析了國內(nèi)高端財富管理市場的行業(yè)環(huán)境、中國銀行私人銀行客戶的需求、競爭對手產(chǎn)品研發(fā)狀況、以及私人銀行產(chǎn)品未來研發(fā)方向等;四是分析了中國銀行私人銀行產(chǎn)品研發(fā)的問題,提出了改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and opening up in China, some people have become rich first. This group of wealthy people at the top of the pyramid has formed a huge wealth management market. These rich people have an urgent need for wealth inheritance, preservation and appreciation. This private banking business emerged as the times require. The Bank of China has taken the lead in private banking in China and has made considerable progress over the past few years. However, there are still some problems in the research and development of private bank products. At present, the domestic private banking mainly takes wealth management as the core, and provides private and individualized "housekeeping" service to the high end customers' wealth preservation and increment. Along with China's economic transformation, domestic commercial banks also began business transformation, the general attention to personal high-end wealth management business, private banking business has become the focus of competition among commercial banks. The function of private banks is to help the rich manage their wealth, to maintain and increase the value of these wealth and to pass on from generation to generation. At present, domestic private banking products, including the Bank of China, are mainly aimed at wealth preservation and appreciation, and inheritance of wealth. There are few successful cases of global asset allocation. In view of the domestic private bank product research and development research, at present the academic circles less dabble, this article through carries on the analysis to the industry environment and the Chinese rich class, unifies the Bank of China present product research and development situation, proposes the feasible improvement measure, It is mainly divided into four parts: first, the introduction, describing the background of the topic, literature research and research methods; second, the introduction of the Bank of China private bank product system, the analysis of the product research and development system; Thirdly, it analyzes the industry environment of domestic high-end wealth management market, the demand of private bank customers of Bank of China, the research and development status of competitors' products, and the direction of future research and development of private bank products. Fourth, it analyzes the problems of Bank of China's private bank product development, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.
