【摘要】：正長期以來美國一直是世界上吸引外資最多的國家,也是中國企業(yè)最青睞的直接投資目的地之一。近期發(fā)生的一些事件,如華為投資美國多次未果而終、新能源企業(yè)投資合作屢遭挫抑,以及來自美國政界和媒體的負(fù)面聲音時(shí)時(shí)聒噪,大有使眾多中國企業(yè)對(duì)美投資望而卻步之虞。本文作者及其團(tuán)隊(duì)深入美國社會(huì),與美國各界多方面溝通,并對(duì)選定的中國在美企業(yè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)查,從多個(gè)角度和多個(gè)層面分析和探討了美國的投資環(huán)境以及中國企業(yè)在美投資獲益機(jī)會(huì)等問題。一、解析復(fù)雜的表象了解美國投資環(huán)境、探索美國投資機(jī)會(huì)要首先解析中美投資貿(mào)易中所出現(xiàn)的復(fù)雜的表面現(xiàn)象,
[Abstract]:The United States has long been the world's most attractive country for foreign investment, as well as one of China's favorite destinations for direct investment. Some recent incidents, such as the failure of Huawei to invest in the United States many times, the repeated setbacks in the investment cooperation of new energy enterprises, and the constant noise of negative voices from US political circles and the media, There is a danger that many Chinese companies will be deterred from investing in the United States. The writer and his team went deep into American society, communicated with various sectors of the United States, and conducted a field survey of selected Chinese enterprises in the United States. This paper analyzes and discusses the investment environment in the United States and the opportunities for Chinese enterprises to benefit from the investment in the United States. First, to analyze the complex appearances and understand the US investment environment, and to explore the investment opportunities in the United States, we must first analyze the complex surface phenomena that occur in Sino-US investment trade.
