【摘要】：20世紀90年代,瑞典和日本兩個發(fā)達的工業(yè)化國家同時遭遇金融危機。盡管危機的起因、類型、危機的演變過程以及政府救市的手段大致相同,但由于兩國政府在不同的時機參與救市,進而帶來不同的救市效果:瑞典在短短兩年內(nèi)恢復經(jīng)濟增長,而日本則停滯了十年。目前,各國政府正積極應(yīng)對由美國次貸危機引發(fā)的全球經(jīng)濟危機,回顧和反思瑞典和日本的金融危機將具有一定的啟發(fā)意義。
[Abstract]:In the 1990 s, two developed industrialized countries, Sweden and Japan, suffered financial crises at the same time. Although the causes and types of the crisis, the evolution of the crisis and the means used by the government to rescue the market are roughly the same, because the governments of the two countries participated in the rescue at different times, there was a different bail-out effect: Sweden resumed economic growth in just two years. Japan, on the other hand, has stalled for a decade. At present, the governments of various countries are actively dealing with the global economic crisis caused by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States. It will be instructive to review and reflect on the financial crisis in Sweden and Japan.
