【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟的全球化進程，外國企業(yè)在我國的直接投資實現(xiàn)了巨大的增長，F(xiàn)DI推動了我國對外貿(mào)易的快速發(fā)展，成為我國經(jīng)濟增長不可或缺的重要動力之一。然而，在我國大規(guī)模引進和利用FDI的同時，我們也必須看到FDI在我國區(qū)域分布出現(xiàn)了極不平衡的現(xiàn)象，地區(qū)間存在著明顯的差異性。外資區(qū)域集聚的非均衡又引起各個區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的不平衡，長此以來會導致我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差距進一步被拉大，影響我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。因此，迫切需要從理論和實證兩方面對我國FDI非均衡分布對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟不平衡增長的影響進行深入研究。 本文以區(qū)域分布理論和區(qū)域增長差異研究為基礎，先從空間、數(shù)量和溢出效應等方面研究我國FDI非均衡分布的現(xiàn)狀，然后用實證的方法，分析FDI的非均衡分布對于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟不平衡增長的影響，分析FDI分布的非均衡是否會拉大中國區(qū)域之間經(jīng)濟增長的差距。通過上述的分析，提出可行性的有針對性的對策建議，最終實現(xiàn)我國各區(qū)域之間經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)、快速地發(fā)展。 在對我國FDI非均衡性分布的研究中，首先對我國FDI分布進行了空間描述，使用空間統(tǒng)計的方法描述了我國FDI分布的整體空間特征。其次通過對FDI在東、中、西部地區(qū)分布的數(shù)據(jù)收集、整理分析，和對東、中、西部地區(qū)的FDI業(yè)績指數(shù)的分析，闡明了我國FDI在數(shù)量上分布的非均衡。再次研究了我國FDI溢出效應的非均衡性，，闡明了FDI溢出效應的機理，分析影響區(qū)域FDI溢出效應的高低差別因素。從以上三個角度的分析，得出我國FDI的分布特征以及區(qū)域分布的非均衡現(xiàn)狀，F(xiàn)DI明顯呈現(xiàn)“東高西低”的分布格局。東部地區(qū)不管在外資規(guī)模、增長速度還是利用效率上都明顯高于中、西部地區(qū)，而中、西部地區(qū)的FDI集聚效應也不明顯，這使得東部和中、西部FDI的差距不斷增大，并且FDI溢出效應在區(qū)域間的差異性使得各個地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差距也被進一步拉大。 在對FDI非均衡分布對我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟不平衡增長影響的實證研究中，分成兩部分進行實證分析，首先是FDI數(shù)量非均衡分布對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟不平衡增長影響的實證分析，構建了生產(chǎn)模型，通過回歸分析得出，東部地區(qū)FDI對經(jīng)濟的增強作用大于中、西部地區(qū)，因此FDI數(shù)量上的非均衡分布會加大地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的不平衡發(fā)展。然后是分析FDI溢出效應的差異對我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長不平衡的影響，建立影響因素的指標體系和模型，對FDI溢出效應的區(qū)域差異進行了實證分析，得出FDI的溢出效應在東部、中部、西部地區(qū)存在著差別，F(xiàn)DI溢出效應在東部地區(qū)最高，而中部地區(qū)和西部地區(qū)的溢出效應則是趨于負相關的，F(xiàn)DI溢出效應的地區(qū)差異影響了生產(chǎn)效率，進而拉大了地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟的差距。通過上述分別對FDI數(shù)量和溢出效應非均衡的分析，均能發(fā)現(xiàn)FDI非均衡分布能拉大東、中、西部區(qū)域經(jīng)濟增長的不平衡。 最后根據(jù)實際情況提出政策建議，縮小FDI非均衡分布，以減弱其對我國區(qū)域經(jīng)濟不平衡增長的影響。一方面要國家在宏觀上調(diào)整引資，進一步完善中部和西部外商投資的硬件和軟件環(huán)境，給予中、西部地區(qū)更加優(yōu)惠的引資政策，提高中、西部地區(qū)獲取外資的能力；另一方面要注意產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構布局，構建中、西部區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)群，發(fā)揮FDI集聚效應，促進中、西部更加有效地利用FDI。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of the economy, the direct investment of foreign enterprises in China has achieved great growth. FDI has promoted the rapid development of our foreign trade and became one of the most important driving forces for China's economic growth. However, we also have to see the distribution of FDI in our country when we introduce and use FDI in a large scale in our country. There is an extremely uneven phenomenon in which there are obvious differences between regions. The imbalance of regional agglomeration of foreign capital causes the imbalance of economic growth in various regions, which will lead to the further widening of the regional economic gap in China, which affects the coordinated development of regional economy in China. Therefore, it is urgently needed from two aspects of theory and demonstration to me. The influence of unbalanced distribution of FDI on the unbalanced growth of regional economy is studied in depth.
Based on the study of regional distribution theory and regional growth difference, this paper studies the current situation of the unbalanced distribution of FDI in China from the aspects of space, quantity and spillover effect, and then analyses the effect of the unbalanced distribution of FDI on the unbalanced growth of regional economy by the empirical method, and analyzes whether the disequilibrium of FDI distribution will enlarge the region of China. The gap between economic growth and economic growth. Through the above analysis, we put forward the feasible and pertinent countermeasures and suggestions, and finally realize the economic coordination and rapid development between the various regions of China.
In the study of the non equilibrium distribution of China's FDI, the spatial description of China's FDI distribution is first described, and the spatial characteristics of the FDI distribution in China are described by the method of space statistics. Secondly, the analysis of the data collection and analysis of the distribution of the FDI in the East, middle and western regions is analyzed, and the analysis of the FDI performance index in the East, middle and western regions is analyzed and the analysis of the performance index of the East, middle and western regions is explained. The unbalanced distribution of FDI in China is clarified. The non equilibrium of FDI spillover effect in China is studied again, the mechanism of FDI spillover effect is clarified, and the difference factors affecting the regional FDI spillover effect are analyzed. From the analysis of the above three angles, the distribution characteristics of FDI in China and the unbalanced status of the regional distribution are obtained, and the FDI is obviously presented The distribution pattern of "East High West is low", the eastern region, whether in the scale of foreign capital, growth rate or utilization efficiency, is obviously higher than in the western region, in the western region, and in the western region, the FDI agglomeration effect is not obvious, which makes the gap between the Eastern and central and Western FDI increasing, and the difference of the FDI spillover effect in the region makes every place. The gap of economic development in the region has also been further widened.
In the empirical study of the impact of the unbalanced distribution of FDI on the unbalanced growth of regional economy in China, the empirical analysis is divided into two parts. First, the empirical analysis of the influence of the FDI quantity non equilibrium distribution on the regional economic unbalanced growth is made, and the production model is constructed. Through the regression analysis, the enhancement effect of the eastern region FDI on the economy is greater than that in the middle. In the western region, the unbalanced distribution of FDI will increase the unbalanced development of regional economy. Then it analyzes the influence of the difference of FDI spillover effect on the imbalance of regional economic growth in China, establishes the index system and model of the influencing factors, and makes an empirical analysis on the regional differences of the spillover effect of the FDI, and obtains the spillover effect of the FDI. There are differences in the eastern, central and western regions, the FDI spillover effect is highest in the eastern region, while the spillover effects in the central and western regions tend to be negatively correlated, and the regional differences in the FDI spillover effect affect the production efficiency, and then widen the gap between the regions. By the above, the disequilibrium of the number of FDI and the spillover effect is disequilibrium. It is found that the unbalanced distribution of FDI can pull the imbalance of regional economic growth in the eastern, central and western regions.
Finally, according to the actual situation, we put forward policy suggestions to reduce the unbalanced distribution of FDI in order to reduce its impact on the unbalanced growth of regional economy in China. On the one hand, the state should adjust the investment in the macro area and further improve the hardware and software environment of foreign investment in the central and western regions, and give more preferential investment policies in the middle and western regions, and improve the middle and Western countries. On the other hand, we should pay attention to the layout of the industrial structure, the construction of the industrial cluster in the western region, the FDI agglomeration effect, and the more effective use of FDI. in the western region.
