工商銀行吉林市哈達(dá)支行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:改革開(kāi)放距今已30多年,,此間我國(guó)不論是在政治還是在經(jīng)濟(jì)上都取得了令人瞠目的輝煌成就。尤其是2011年,我國(guó)GDP總量首超日本,成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)強(qiáng)國(guó),但按人均排名之落后仍是一個(gè)不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)。隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和全球金融自由化的逐步深入,我國(guó)在入世11年后已按照承諾全面開(kāi)放對(duì)外國(guó)金融機(jī)構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,伴隨而來(lái)的是外資銀行的蜂擁涌入,中國(guó)境內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了大批的外資銀行及其辦事處,銀行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇。隨著商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)型,中間業(yè)務(wù)以其小成本、高收益、低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的巨大優(yōu)勢(shì),已成為商業(yè)銀行收入的重要來(lái)源,且近年來(lái)比重仍在不斷上升。與發(fā)展日臻完善的西方商業(yè)銀行相比較,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)因起步較晚,缺乏重視,與其在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中面臨著很大的挑戰(zhàn),中間業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)已成為衡量各家商業(yè)銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一。 本文擬在對(duì)商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的敘述的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了中間業(yè)務(wù)的概念、特點(diǎn)、分類(lèi)以及發(fā)展的重要意義,并對(duì)中外商業(yè)銀行的中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了概述。本文通過(guò)對(duì)工商銀行吉林市哈達(dá)支行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀入手,對(duì)其進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性剖析,提出適合其發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的策略,從而解決哈達(dá)支行中間業(yè)務(wù)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在的困難與不足。論文主要的研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:中間業(yè)務(wù)理論的概念以及其相應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)、商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的重要意義和發(fā)展的狀況、工商銀行吉林市哈達(dá)支行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,以及用SWOT分析法研究其面臨的戰(zhàn)略選擇、對(duì)工商銀行吉林市哈達(dá)支行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)提出的建議對(duì)策。 本文第1章是緒論,從選題意義的角度出發(fā)闡述了論文選題的背景,中間業(yè)務(wù)作為文章核心內(nèi)容的理論概述、發(fā)展意義、商業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r以及論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)框架。 第2章,本文以中國(guó)工商銀行吉林市哈達(dá)支行為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)一系列的數(shù)據(jù)比較對(duì)該行中間業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況進(jìn)行了敘述,并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況提出該行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。 第3章,本文利用SWOT分析法指出哈達(dá)支行所面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)以及未來(lái)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。 第4章,結(jié)合哈達(dá)支行的實(shí)際情況提出了一系列的發(fā)展對(duì)策和建議,對(duì)該行未來(lái)中間業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展將具有一定的借鑒意義。 本文建議工商銀行吉林市哈達(dá)支行在未來(lái)開(kāi)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的過(guò)程中應(yīng)積極轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)思維,重新審視商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的重要意義,找出哈達(dá)支行在過(guò)去經(jīng)營(yíng)工作中的不足;哈達(dá)支行應(yīng)站在全行戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的高度、緊跟總行的經(jīng)營(yíng)導(dǎo)向,根據(jù)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境和政策的變化,將發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)提到經(jīng)營(yíng)工作的重要地位,大力拓展創(chuàng)新中間業(yè)務(wù)品種,主動(dòng)適應(yīng)混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式下的金融機(jī)構(gòu)間的合作,大力推進(jìn)行之有效的產(chǎn)品營(yíng)銷(xiāo)工作,配合政府和監(jiān)管部門(mén)推動(dòng)哈達(dá)支行中間業(yè)務(wù)走出一條健康良性發(fā)展的道路。
[Abstract]:The reform and opening up has been more than 30 years ago. China has made remarkable achievements in both politics and economy. Especially in 2011, China's total GDP exceeded Japan and became the second largest economic power in the world. However, the backwardness of per capita ranking is still an indisputable fact. With the integration of the world economy and the global financial self. After 11 years of accession to the WTO, China has fully opened its business to foreign financial institutions in accordance with its commitment, and China's economy continues to develop rapidly. With the flock of foreign banks, a large number of foreign banks and their offices have emerged in China, and the competition in the banking industry is intensifying. The intermediate business, with its small cost, high income and low risk, has become an important source of commercial banks' income. In recent years, the proportion of commercial banks is still rising. Compared with the western commercial banks, which are becoming more and more perfect, the intermediary business of commercial banks in our country has a late step, lack of attention, and it faces a lot of competition. The intermediate business has become one of the most important criteria for measuring the core competitiveness of various commercial banks.
On the basis of the narration of the development of commercial banks' intermediary business, this paper introduces the concept, characteristics, classification and the significance of the development of the intermediary business, and gives an overview of the development status of the middle business of the commercial banks in China and foreign countries. The main contents of the thesis include: the concept of intermediate business theory and its corresponding characteristics, the importance and development of commercial banks to develop intermediate business, industry and commerce, and industry and commerce. The present situation of the development of the intermediate business of the Bank of Jilin hada branch of the Bank of China, and the strategic choice to be studied by the SWOT analysis method, and the suggestions for the development of the intermediate business of the industrial and Commercial Bank of Jilin hada branch.
The first chapter of this article is the introduction. From the point of view of the topic, the background of the topic is expounded, the theoretical outline of the intermediate business as the core of the article, the significance of the development, the development of the intermediary business of the commercial bank, the main content and the structural frame of the research of the paper.
The second chapter, based on the research object of hada's behavior in Jilin, Jilin, describes the operation status of the middle business through a series of data comparison, and puts forward the existing problems in the process of developing the intermediary business according to the actual situation.
The third chapter, using SWOT analysis, points out the strengths and weaknesses of hada branch and the opportunities and challenges ahead.
The fourth chapter, combined with the actual situation of hada branch, put forward a series of development countermeasures and suggestions, which will be of certain reference for the development of the bank's future intermediary business.
This paper suggests that the industrial and Commercial Bank of Jilin City hada branch should actively change the traditional thinking in the process of developing the intermediate business in the future, reexamine the significance of the commercial bank to develop the intermediary business and find out the shortcomings of the hada branch in the past operation; the hada branch should stand at the height of the strategic development of the whole line and follow the management guidance of the general bank. In the light of the changes in the market environment and policy, the intermediate business should be developed to the important position of the business, to expand the variety of the innovative intermediate business, to actively adapt to the cooperation among the financial institutions under the mixed operation mode, to push forward the effective product marketing work, and to match the government and the regulatory authorities to promote the intermediate business of the hada branch.
