【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng)，對(duì)外直接投資也在快速發(fā)展。亞洲各國(guó)是中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的主要對(duì)象，近幾年來(lái)，中國(guó)對(duì)日本的直接投資增長(zhǎng)迅速。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的背景下，研究中國(guó)對(duì)日本的直接投資不僅可以豐富逆向型直接投資理論，也對(duì)推動(dòng)中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和東北亞區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的建設(shè)具有極其重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。以中國(guó)對(duì)外直接投資的快速發(fā)展作為宏觀背景，，以發(fā)展中國(guó)家的對(duì)外直接投資理論作為指導(dǎo)，對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資的歷史與現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理，對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資的動(dòng)因與優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析，對(duì)中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，揭示出中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資有利于中日雙邊貿(mào)易的發(fā)展、有助于中國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)和技術(shù)進(jìn)步。構(gòu)建中國(guó)對(duì)日本直接投資的主體戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和模式戰(zhàn)略，將對(duì)中國(guó)企業(yè)投資日本提供有益的指導(dǎo)，并以此促進(jìn)中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的良性發(fā)展和可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of China's economic strength, foreign direct investment is also developing rapidly. Asian countries are the main targets of China's foreign direct investment. In recent years, China's direct investment to Japan has increased rapidly. Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the study of Chinese direct investment in Japan can not only enrich the theory of reverse direct investment. It is also of great strategic significance for promoting the development of China's national economy and the construction of regional economic integration in Northeast Asia. Taking the rapid development of China's foreign direct investment as the macro background and the theory of foreign direct investment of developing countries as the guidance, this paper combs the history and present situation of China's direct investment in Japan. This paper analyzes the reasons and advantages of China's direct investment in Japan, tests the economic effects of China's direct investment in Japan, and reveals that China's direct investment in Japan is conducive to the development of bilateral trade between China and Japan. This will help China's industrial structure upgrade and technological progress. Constructing the main body strategy, industrial strategy and mode strategy of China's direct investment in Japan will provide beneficial guidance for Chinese enterprises to invest in Japan, and thus promote the benign and sustainable development of China's national economy.
