【摘要】：作為我國四大國有商業(yè)銀行之一的中國銀行始建于1912年,是我國唯一連續(xù)經(jīng)營百年的商業(yè)銀行,同時,中國銀行也是我國最具國際化的銀行之一。隨著改革開放和我國進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)量的不斷提高,中國銀行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)得到快速的發(fā)展,并連續(xù)三年取得國際結(jié)算量世界第一的佳績。然而,隨著我國對商業(yè)銀行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)的全面開放,中國銀行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)面臨著來自各家商業(yè)銀行競爭的壓力。 中國銀行甘肅分行作為中行36家一級分行之一,在國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)方面也感受到同業(yè)競爭所帶來的壓力。在面對銀行激烈的競爭中,中國銀行甘肅分行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)的管理模式和管理方法暴露出許多問題。本文試圖從該行現(xiàn)有的國際結(jié)算管理模式入手,觀察并研究其管理模式中所暴露出的問題,分析這些問題所產(chǎn)生的背景和原因,通過結(jié)合目前世界較為先進(jìn)的銀行管理方法,從組織結(jié)構(gòu)的變革、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理的設(shè)置、客戶經(jīng)理制的改進(jìn)以及企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等幾方面對中國銀行甘肅省分行國際結(jié)算業(yè)務(wù)管理進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:As one of the four largest state-owned commercial banks in China, Bank of China was founded in 1912. It is the only commercial bank in China that has been operating continuously for a hundred years. At the same time, Bank of China is also one of the most international banks in China. With the reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of China's import and export business, the international settlement business of the Bank of China has been developing rapidly, and has achieved the best result in the world for the third consecutive year. However, with the overall opening of international settlement business of commercial banks in China, the international settlement business of Bank of China is facing the pressure of competition from various commercial banks. Bank of China Gansu Branch, as one of Bank of China's 36 first-class branches, also feels the pressure of interbank competition in international settlement business. In the face of fierce competition from banks, the management mode and management methods of the international settlement business of Bank of China Gansu Branch exposed many problems. This paper attempts to start with the existing international settlement management model of the bank, observe and study the problems exposed in its management mode, analyze the background and causes of these problems, and combine with the more advanced banking management methods in the world at present. The management of international settlement business in Gansu Branch of Bank of China is improved from the aspects of the change of organizational structure, the setting of product manager, the improvement of customer manager system and the construction of enterprise culture.
