【摘要】：股指期貨的推出,在交易機制和違規(guī)行為等方面,均對投資者產(chǎn)生了一定影響,因此股指期貨創(chuàng)新中的投資者保護應(yīng)成為其應(yīng)有之義。本文認為股指期貨在杠桿交易、雙向交易和到期日制度方面會對投資者造成一定影響;另外在信息敏感性和跨市場聯(lián)動性等方面也會對投資者造成影響。當前股指期貨市場對投資者保護主要從投資者適當性,風(fēng)險揭示和保護基金三方面著力,有待擴展和深化。本文在借鑒美國、日本、香港等成熟股指期貨市場投資者保護立法及實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了完善我國股指期貨投資者保護的一些建議。
[Abstract]:The introduction of stock index futures, in the aspects of trading mechanism and illegal behavior, has a certain impact on investors, so the protection of investors in the innovation of stock index futures should become its due meaning. This paper holds that stock index futures will have an impact on investors in the aspects of leverage trading, two-way trading and maturity system, as well as in the aspects of information sensitivity and cross-market linkage. At present, the stock index futures market mainly focuses on investor protection from three aspects: investor suitability, risk disclosure and fund protection, which need to be expanded and deepened. Based on the legislation and practice of investor protection in mature stock index futures markets, such as the United States, Japan and Hong Kong, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the investor protection of stock index futures in China.
