【摘要】：以重慶市為例,對西部農(nóng)村金融服務缺失的現(xiàn)象進行了考察,構建了一個信貸交易合約模型來分析西部農(nóng)村金融服務缺失的生成機理,發(fā)現(xiàn)模型中貸款利率管制、農(nóng)村項目成功概率低、擔保抵押難、政府財政支農(nóng)資金的低效利用等因素導致信貸交易合約無法完成,從而出現(xiàn)農(nóng)村金融服務缺失。并針對這些問題,提出改變信貸合約中貸款利率、農(nóng)村項目成功概率、擔保抵押、政府財政支農(nóng)資金等變量來強化農(nóng)村金融服務的對策思路。
[Abstract]:Taking Chongqing as an example, this paper investigates the phenomenon of the absence of financial services in the western rural areas, constructs a credit transaction contract model to analyze the formation mechanism of the lack of financial services in the western rural areas, and finds out that the loan interest rate in the model is regulated. The low probability of success of rural projects, the difficulty of mortgage guarantee, and the inefficient utilization of government funds to support agriculture lead to the failure of credit transaction contracts, which leads to the absence of rural financial services. Aiming at these problems, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the rural financial services by changing the loan interest rate in the credit contract, the probability of success of the rural project, the guarantee mortgage, the government finance supporting agricultural funds, and so on.
