【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),江蘇經(jīng)濟(jì)取得了飛速發(fā)展,居民生活水平得到了極大的改善。但伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的騰飛,江蘇省城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距也顯現(xiàn)出擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì)。這種趨勢(shì)的出現(xiàn),意味著收入分配的不公,是政府和社會(huì)急需解決的問(wèn)題。影響城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的因素很多,農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展是其中較重要的一個(gè)。對(duì)江蘇農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,探索其影響機(jī)制,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先闡述了研究意義與背景,研究方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新與不足。然后本文全面回顧金融發(fā)展理論,并對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)收入差距相關(guān)理論做了總結(jié),在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了研究?jī)烧哧P(guān)系的理論分析框架。其次本文對(duì)江蘇省農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行描述,指出當(dāng)前農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的成效與不足。再者,基于實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù),本文建立了VAR模型,通過(guò)實(shí)證研究了江蘇農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展對(duì)于城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的影響。分析實(shí)證結(jié)果可以得出：江蘇省農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展規(guī)模的擴(kuò)張,會(huì)帶來(lái)社會(huì)收入分配的不公,表現(xiàn)為城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的拉大；而提高江蘇省農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展效率則是縮小城鄉(xiāng)收入差距,促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展的有效途徑。最后本文對(duì)實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,并針對(duì)性的給出政策建議用以解決江蘇城鄉(xiāng)收入差距擴(kuò)大問(wèn)題。包括主動(dòng)引導(dǎo)商業(yè)信貸并防止農(nóng)村金融資源流失、改善農(nóng)村金融生態(tài)環(huán)境并促進(jìn)農(nóng)村金融市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、發(fā)展農(nóng)村規(guī)�；�(jīng)營(yíng)并提高農(nóng)村人力資本等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up , Jiangsu ' s economy has made rapid development , and the living standard of the residents has been greatly improved . However , the income gap of urban and rural residents in Jiangsu Province has shown an expanded tendency along with the economic development . This trend means that the inequality of income distribution is the problem that the government and the society need to solve . The rural financial development is one of the more important factors . It has important practical significance to study the relationship between rural financial development and urban and rural income gap and explore its impact mechanism .

This paper first expounds the research significance and the background , the research methods and possible innovations and deficiencies . Then , the paper comprehensively reviews the theory of financial development and summarizes the relevant theories of urban and rural income gap , and points out the effect and deficiency of rural financial development in Jiangsu Province .
In the end , this paper analyzes the income gap between urban and rural areas , and gives the policy suggestions to solve the problem of widening income gap between urban and rural areas .
