【摘要】：面對(duì)全球金融危機(jī)的沖擊,現(xiàn)行國(guó)際貨幣體系的改革問(wèn)題成為國(guó)際社會(huì)的討論熱點(diǎn)。東亞地區(qū)作為美元體制的重要支撐力量,自然成為推動(dòng)其未來(lái)變革的重要力量之一。但是,一方面,美國(guó)的金融霸權(quán)在短期內(nèi)不僅沒有衰落,反而呈現(xiàn)走強(qiáng)的態(tài)勢(shì),表明現(xiàn)行國(guó)際貨幣體系仍具有相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)時(shí)期的可持續(xù)性;另一方面,處于美元霸權(quán)影響下的東亞地區(qū)在儲(chǔ)備貨幣、匯率制度的選擇和貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方面面臨著許多困境,使其短期內(nèi)難以放棄對(duì)美元體制的依附和支持。因此,現(xiàn)階段東亞地區(qū)尚不具備改革國(guó)際貨幣體系的能力。未來(lái)突破困境的可行路徑是,通過(guò)加強(qiáng)東亞區(qū)域貨幣金融合作,漸進(jìn)地改革國(guó)際貨幣體系,進(jìn)而削弱美元霸權(quán)。在此過(guò)程中,人民幣國(guó)際化的路徑選擇問(wèn)題至關(guān)重要。
[Abstract]:Facing the impact of the global financial crisis, the reform of the current international monetary system has become a hot topic in the international community. As an important supporting force of the dollar system, East Asia naturally becomes one of the important forces to push forward its future changes. However, on the one hand, the financial hegemony of the United States has not declined in the short term, but has shown a trend of strengthening, indicating that the current international monetary system is still sustainable for quite a long time; on the other hand, Under the influence of US dollar hegemony, East Asia faces many difficulties in reserve currency, choice of exchange rate system and adjustment of trade structure, which makes it difficult to give up its dependence and support on US dollar system in the short term. As a result, East Asia does not have the capacity to reform the international monetary system at this stage. The feasible way to break through the dilemma in the future is to gradually reform the international monetary system by strengthening the regional monetary and financial cooperation in East Asia, thus weakening the hegemony of the dollar. In this process, the path choice of RMB internationalization is very important.
