【摘要】：在傳統(tǒng)的匯率與商品價格關(guān)系理論中,一國匯率的變動對以外幣表示的出口商品價格的傳遞是完全的;而在現(xiàn)實(shí)中,匯率的變動對以外幣表示的出口商品價格的傳遞則常常是不完全的。匯率的不完全價格傳遞的存在減弱了匯率上升對本國貿(mào)易順差的影響,增大了對本國外向產(chǎn)出與就業(yè)的沖擊,暴露了單一匯率政策的局限性和負(fù)面性。文章從理論的角度探討匯率對商品價格不完全讓渡的內(nèi)在機(jī)理及其效應(yīng)機(jī)制,探討匯率與進(jìn)出口價格的不完全傳遞關(guān)系、匯率的不完全價格傳遞對出口規(guī)模的影響、匯率的不完全價格傳遞的因素、匯率不完全轉(zhuǎn)移導(dǎo)致的匯率政策的局限性以及在新時期為促進(jìn)我國外向型實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)出與就業(yè)穩(wěn)定與適度增長,匯率政策與其他經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的協(xié)調(diào)與搭配。
[Abstract]:In the traditional theory of the relationship between exchange rate and commodity price, the change of exchange rate of a country is complete to the transmission of export commodity price expressed in foreign currency, but in reality, Exchange rate movements are often incomplete in the transmission of export commodity prices in foreign currencies. The existence of incomplete exchange rate price transmission weakens the influence of exchange rate appreciation on domestic trade surplus, increases the impact on outward output and employment, and exposes the limitation and negativity of single exchange rate policy. This paper discusses the internal mechanism of incomplete transfer of exchange rate to commodity price and its effect mechanism from a theoretical point of view, discusses the incomplete transfer relationship between exchange rate and import and export price, and the influence of incomplete exchange rate price transmission on export scale. The factors of incomplete price transmission of exchange rate, the limitation of exchange rate policy caused by incomplete exchange rate transfer, and in order to promote the stable and moderate growth of output and employment of export-oriented real economy in the new period, Exchange rate policy and other economic policy coordination and matching.
