【摘要】：中國(guó)信托行業(yè)在2011年取得了快速發(fā)展,前三季度中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)信托資產(chǎn)突破4萬(wàn)億元。國(guó)家出臺(tái)了一系列信托相關(guān)法律法規(guī),為信托行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展提供了支撐；信托行業(yè)受到越來(lái)越多投資者的認(rèn)可,信托行業(yè)面臨著良好的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。因此,如何把握市場(chǎng)機(jī)會(huì)、取得快速發(fā)展,成為每個(gè)信托公司所關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 本論文首先對(duì)SD信托公司的具體情況進(jìn)行了梳理分析,深入研究了SD信托公司所面臨的政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境與社會(huì)環(huán)境,并對(duì)行業(yè)內(nèi)的標(biāo)桿企業(yè)進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,由此得出SD信托公司所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì),面臨的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅。在此基礎(chǔ)上,筆者認(rèn)為SD信托公司需要改進(jìn)其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以抓住市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇,適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境的變化,充分發(fā)揮SD信托公司所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展。結(jié)合以上對(duì)SD信托公司的具體分析,對(duì)接SD信托公司的母公司的整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提出了山東信托的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略改進(jìn)建議,即打造一流的投資平臺(tái)、融資平臺(tái)和財(cái)富管理平臺(tái),夯實(shí)體制機(jī)制基礎(chǔ)、人才隊(duì)伍保障基礎(chǔ)、企業(yè)文化基礎(chǔ)和信息化管理基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本論文針對(duì)SD信托公司的不同業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行了具體分析,分別提出了不同的發(fā)展目標(biāo)與措施建議。最后,筆者提出九個(gè)方面的措施,以保證SD信托公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的順利實(shí)施,分別是：引入戰(zhàn)略投資者、市場(chǎng)拓展、提升企業(yè)形象、設(shè)立獨(dú)立研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)、落實(shí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施、信息化建設(shè)、自主創(chuàng)新、廉潔從業(yè)與安全生產(chǎn)、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:China's trust industry saw rapid growth in 2011, with domestic trust assets exceeding 4 trillion yuan in the first three quarters.The country has issued a series of laws and regulations on trust, which provides support for the healthy development of trust industry, and the trust industry is recognized by more and more investors, and the trust industry is faced with good development opportunities.Therefore, how to grasp the market opportunities and achieve rapid development has become a key issue that every trust company pays attention to.This paper firstly analyzes the specific situation of SD Trust Company, deeply studies the policy environment, economic environment, technical environment and social environment faced by SD Trust Company, and investigates the benchmarking enterprises in the industry.From this, the SD Trust has the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.On this basis, the author believes that SD Trust Company needs to improve its development strategy in order to seize the market opportunities, adapt to the changes in the external environment, give full play to the advantages of SD Trust Company, and achieve rapid development.Based on the above analysis of SD Trust Company and the overall development strategy of the parent company of SD Trust Company, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the development strategy of Shandong Trust, that is, to create a first-class investment platform, a financing platform and a wealth management platform.Tamp the foundation of system and mechanism, guarantee of talent team, foundation of enterprise culture and information management.On this basis, this paper analyzes the different business of SD Trust Company, and puts forward different development goals and measures.Finally, the author puts forward nine aspects of measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the SD Trust Company's development strategy, which are: introducing strategic investors, expanding the market, promoting the corporate image, establishing independent R & D institutions, and implementing risk management measures.Information construction, independent innovation, clean employment and safe production, corporate culture construction.
