華融湘江銀行發(fā)展規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:隨著銀行業(yè)改革的深入,在國有商業(yè)銀行股份制改造并上市、外資銀行大量進(jìn)入、農(nóng)村信用社在優(yōu)惠政策下加快改革的背景下,競爭的升級和企業(yè)自身素質(zhì)的提高使得我國銀行業(yè)的競爭轉(zhuǎn)向戰(zhàn)略層面,單純依靠同質(zhì)的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)己無法在競爭中獲勝。廣大城市商業(yè)銀行如何尋求更合理的市場定位和更科學(xué)的發(fā)展模式、如何制訂符合自身?xiàng)l件的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是所有城市商業(yè)銀行都必須深入思考的重大課題。目前,華融湘江銀行正處于發(fā)展的重大轉(zhuǎn)型期,這些轉(zhuǎn)型主要體現(xiàn)在:從在單個(gè)區(qū)域經(jīng)營的地方商業(yè)銀行向在多個(gè)區(qū)域經(jīng)營的區(qū)域性商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)變;從以粗放經(jīng)營、關(guān)系營銷、同質(zhì)競爭向?qū)I(yè)經(jīng)營、綜合營銷、差異化競爭、建立有核心競爭力、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的商業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)變。因此,華融湘江銀行需要適應(yīng)外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部條件的變化,實(shí)際客觀的分析行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境并結(jié)合企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的資源,明確市場定位,制定出適應(yīng)市場需求的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并通過針對性措施來保證戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略管理理論,對城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié);并以華融湘江銀行為例,對華融湘江銀行的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)出華融湘江銀行的面對的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,以及具有優(yōu)勢和不足,同時(shí)運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法,研究了銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和發(fā)展規(guī)劃;最后,從調(diào)整組織機(jī)構(gòu)、資本引入、建設(shè)先進(jìn)的科技管理體系、建立嚴(yán)密的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系等層面提出了華融湘江銀行的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施措施及保障。希望能對國內(nèi)城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展起到一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of the banking industry, and listed on the state-owned joint-stock commercial banks, foreign bank entry, accelerate the reform of rural credit cooperatives in the background of preferential policies, the escalation of competition and enterprises to improve their quality of the competition in China's banking industry to the strategic level, relying solely on the homogeneity of the products and services have been unable to to win in the competition. The majority of city commercial banks to seek market positioning more reasonable and more scientific development mode, how to formulate development strategy in line with its own conditions is of great importance to all city commercial banks must think deeply. At present, Huarong Xiangjiang bank is in a major transition period of development, the transformation is mainly reflected in: from the change in a number of regional management of regional commercial banks in a single regional management of local commercial banks; from the extensive management, relationship marketing, the same quality competition For professional management, integrated marketing, differentiated competition, establish core competitiveness, change the business model of sustainable development. Therefore, Huarong Xiangjiang bank needs to adapt to the changes of external environment and internal conditions, the actual objective analysis of industry development environment and combined with the existing resources, clear market positioning, formulate the development strategies to meet the market demand and, through targeted measures to ensure the realization of strategic goals.
In this paper, using the modern strategic management theories, the present research situation of the city commercial bank development strategy are summarized; and Huarong Xiangjiang bank as an example, the Huarong Xiangjiang bank, the external environment analysis, and summed up the Huarong Xiangjiang bank in the face of opportunities and threats, and has advantages and disadvantages, at the same time, using the SWOT analysis method research, strategic objectives and development plan of the bank; finally, the introduction of capital from the adjustment of organization, construction of science and technology the advanced management system, the establishment of strict risk management system and puts forward the strategic measures of Huarong Xiangjiang bank and security. Hope to certain reference significance for the development of domestic city commercial banks.
