平衡計分卡在J銀行績效評價中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在我國金融體制改革縱橫深入、對金融機構(gòu)的限制逐漸放寬、金融業(yè)開放程度不斷提高的背景下,我國商業(yè)銀行不但要面對國內(nèi)日趨激烈的同業(yè)競爭,還要應(yīng)對來自外資銀行的強勢競爭。如何在新的規(guī)則和挑戰(zhàn)下更好的抓住機遇,尋求發(fā)展,不僅需要商業(yè)銀行不斷提升其產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,同時在客觀上要求商業(yè)銀行建立一套科學(xué)合理、切實有效的績效評價體系,從而提高對市場的敏銳程度,打造健康的機體,創(chuàng)造良好的業(yè)績。目前我國商業(yè)銀行的績效評價體系存在著缺乏戰(zhàn)略目標、缺乏核心指標、忽視資本成本、輕視非財務(wù)指標等諸多問題,如何構(gòu)建有效的商業(yè)銀行績效評價體系就成為中國金融業(yè)的重要課題。基于以上背景,本論文以J銀行為研究對象,分析J銀行的績效評價管理,應(yīng)用平衡計分卡完善了J銀行的績效評價指標體系,為J銀行績效評價的改進工作提供簡介和參考。本文首先總結(jié)國內(nèi)外傳統(tǒng)的績效評價方法,通過對比分析說明了平衡計分卡的優(yōu)越性。接著介紹J銀行目前的績效評價管理狀況,分析現(xiàn)有評價體系存在的問題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,剖析以平衡計分卡完善J銀行績效評價體系的必要性和可行性。而后,以國內(nèi)外已有研究為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合J銀行績效評價的具體情況,完善J銀行績效評價指標,并運用AHP層次分析法確定各評價指標的權(quán)重,建立J銀行基于平衡計分卡的績效評價體系。之后,將第三章所構(gòu)建的體系應(yīng)用至J銀行實際績效評價中,以有效的驗證本文所建立的基于BSC的績效評價指標體系。最后,通過總結(jié)本文的研究結(jié)論,對應(yīng)用平衡計分卡進行績效評價時存在的問題進行總結(jié),并提出相應(yīng)改進建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the financial system reform, the relaxation of the restrictions on financial institutions and the increasing openness of the financial industry, the commercial banks of our country not only have to face the increasingly fierce domestic competition among the same industry.It also has to deal with strong competition from foreign banks.How to better seize the opportunity and seek development under the new rules and challenges not only need commercial banks to improve the quality of their products and services, but also objectively require commercial banks to establish a set of scientific and reasonable.Effective performance evaluation system to improve the sensitivity to the market, to create a healthy body, to create good performance.At present, there are many problems in the performance evaluation system of commercial banks in China, such as the lack of strategic objectives, the lack of core indicators, the neglect of capital costs, the neglect of non-financial indicators, and so on.How to build an effective performance evaluation system of commercial banks has become an important issue in China's financial industry.Based on the above background, this paper takes J Bank as the research object, analyzes J Bank's performance evaluation management, applies balanced Scorecard to perfect J Bank's performance evaluation index system, and provides a brief introduction and reference for J Bank's performance evaluation.Firstly, this paper summarizes the traditional performance evaluation methods at home and abroad, and explains the advantages of balanced scorecard through comparative analysis.Then it introduces the current performance evaluation management situation of J Bank, analyzes the existing problems in the existing evaluation system, and on this basis, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of improving J Bank performance evaluation system with balanced Scorecard.Then, based on the existing research at home and abroad, combined with the specific situation of J bank performance evaluation, improve J bank performance evaluation index, and use AHP analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Establish J bank performance evaluation system based on balanced scorecard.Then, the third chapter of the system is applied to J bank performance evaluation, in order to effectively verify the establishment of this paper based on the performance evaluation index system of BSC.Finally, by summing up the research conclusions of this paper, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the application of balanced scorecard in performance evaluation, and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
