【摘要】：證券投資基金是我國證券資本市場的重要融投資手段之一,也是推動(dòng)資本市場發(fā)展完善的重要制度安排。文章認(rèn)為,證券投資基金為拓寬中小投資者投資渠道、優(yōu)化金融結(jié)構(gòu)、促進(jìn)證券市場的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要作用,但由于監(jiān)管的制度安排存在問題,證券投資基金的有效作用的發(fā)揮受到一定影響。為此,文章從市場準(zhǔn)入和運(yùn)行管理制度兩個(gè)方面分析了我國證券投資基金制度存在的問題,并相應(yīng)提出了完善證券投資基金管理制度的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Securities investment fund is one of the important means of financing and investment in China's securities capital market, and it is also an important institutional arrangement to promote the development and perfection of the capital market.The paper holds that the securities investment fund plays an important role in widening the investment channels of small and medium-sized investors, optimizing the financial structure and promoting the stable development of the securities market.The effective function of the securities investment fund is affected to a certain extent.Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems existing in China's securities investment fund system from the aspects of market access and operation management system, and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions to perfect the securities investment fund management system.
