【摘要】：2008年全球性金融危機的爆發(fā)及其嚴(yán)重的政治、經(jīng)濟后果，充分表明由西方發(fā)達國家主導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)有國際金融體系再也不能適應(yīng)世界經(jīng)濟金融發(fā)展的需要，國際社會必須對其加以深刻改革。當(dāng)前，歐美發(fā)達國家深陷金融危機所帶來的經(jīng)濟困境不能自拔，而“金磚五國”則迅速走向復(fù)蘇并強勢崛起，對世界經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻越來越大。 西方發(fā)達國家作為現(xiàn)有國際金融體系的既得利益者，必然不會對現(xiàn)有國際金融體系進行根本性的變革，只會進行一下小修小補，，而這對世界經(jīng)濟、金融的發(fā)展是非常不利的。因而國際金融體系的變革的重?fù)?dān)，主要擔(dān)負(fù)在以“金磚五國”為代表的新興經(jīng)濟體身上�！敖鸫u五國”在國際金融體系變革過程中日益發(fā)揮重要的作用，是世界共同的期待。當(dāng)前國際金融體系領(lǐng)域的權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)移呈現(xiàn)出以美國為首的西方發(fā)達國家權(quán)力下降而以“金磚國家”為代表的新興市場國家權(quán)力上升的態(tài)勢。 當(dāng)然，“金磚五國”在變革國際金融體系過程中也不是一帆風(fēng)順的，會有很多的困難。這包括“金磚五國”之間的多邊合作難以有效展開、五國間政治經(jīng)濟文化方面的差異、國際金融體系固有的不穩(wěn)定性、發(fā)達國家作為既得利益者的阻撓和“金磚五國”自身經(jīng)濟金融體系存在的問題，等等�！敖鸫u五國”要想在國際金融體系的變革中發(fā)揮重要作用并在未來的國際金融體系中占有一席之地，必須要克服這些困難。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008 and its serious political and economic consequences fully show that the existing international financial system, dominated by the developed countries in the West, can no longer meet the needs of the development of the world economy and finance.The international community must reform it profoundly.At present, the developed countries in Europe and the United States cannot extricate themselves from the economic difficulties brought about by the financial crisis, while the "BRICS" countries are rapidly recovering and rising strongly, contributing more and more to the growth of the world economy.As the vested interests of the existing international financial system, the western developed countries will certainly not carry out fundamental changes to the existing international financial system, but will only carry out minor repairs and supplements, which is very unfavorable to the development of the world economy and finance.Thus, the burden of change in the international financial system rests mainly on the emerging economies represented by the BRICS.The BRICS countries are playing an increasingly important role in the reform of the international financial system, which is the common expectation of the world.The current transfer of power in the international financial system shows a decline in power in the United States-led Western developed countries and a rise in the power of emerging market countries represented by the "BRICS" countries.Of course, the BRICS have not been easy to transform the international financial system, there will be a lot of difficulties.These include the difficulty of effective multilateral cooperation among the BRICS countries, the political, economic and cultural differences among the five countries, and the inherent instability of the international financial system.The obstructions of developed countries as vested interests and the problems of the BRICS 'own economic and financial systems, etc.These difficulties must be overcome if the BRICS are to play an important role in the transformation of the international financial system and have a place in the future international financial system.
