【摘要】：人民幣國際化已進(jìn)入初級階段,具有現(xiàn)鈔結(jié)算和銀行渠道結(jié)算并舉、經(jīng)常賬戶和資本賬戶同步推進(jìn)、人民幣國際化與人民幣可兌換同步推進(jìn)三大特點(diǎn),區(qū)別于一般貨幣國際化路徑。人民幣境外需求成為人民幣國際化的沃土,同時(shí)人民幣國際化又受到自由兌換方面的局限,因此推進(jìn)人民幣國際化應(yīng)采取"強(qiáng)制度"模式。當(dāng)前,應(yīng)將推行人民幣國際貿(mào)易計(jì)價(jià)結(jié)算作為人民幣國際化切入點(diǎn),通過制度完善,實(shí)現(xiàn)人民幣國際化階段性突破。
[Abstract]:RMB internationalization has entered an initial stage, with three major features: the simultaneous development of cash settlement and bank channel settlement, the simultaneous advancement of the current account and the capital account, and the simultaneous promotion of RMB internationalization and RMB convertibility.Different from the general currency internationalization path.Foreign demand for RMB has become a fertile ground for RMB internationalization, while RMB internationalization is restricted by free convertibility. Therefore, the mode of "strong institution" should be adopted to promote RMB internationalization.At present, the RMB international trade settlement should be regarded as the entry point of RMB internationalization, and the stage breakthrough of RMB internationalization should be realized through the perfection of the system.
