農(nóng)行沈陽(yáng)分行員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)銀行沈陽(yáng)分行近年來(lái)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展中,通過(guò)一系列的激勵(lì)措施,使得銀行員工的市場(chǎng)意識(shí)得到了增強(qiáng),并對(duì)員工的激勵(lì)在一定程度上有所影響。但隨著金融體制改革的逐步加快和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式的不斷深化,外資銀行,股份制商業(yè)銀行和地方城市商業(yè)銀行進(jìn)入沈陽(yáng),他們以更有效的員工激勵(lì)措施,對(duì)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行工作人員頗具有吸引力。如今,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)有銀行柜員涌入這些銀行,致使國(guó)有的農(nóng)業(yè)銀行前臺(tái)柜員大量的流失,使農(nóng)業(yè)銀行成為了高效銀行柜員的培養(yǎng)基地。農(nóng)業(yè)銀行面臨國(guó)有和外資銀行的雙重威脅和考驗(yàn),這引起了農(nóng)業(yè)銀行對(duì)員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題的反思。外資銀行具有系統(tǒng)的員工激勵(lì)措施這是吸引優(yōu)秀人才的關(guān)鍵因素之一。國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行同外資銀行,在人力資源方面沒(méi)有建立科學(xué)有效地激勵(lì)機(jī)制,很難留住學(xué)歷高又有能力的人才。制定解決農(nóng)業(yè)銀行的員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題,以此來(lái)增強(qiáng)銀行對(duì)員工的吸引力,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行適應(yīng)上市以來(lái)的股份制改革的變化具有重要的意義。 面臨著此種情況,國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行設(shè)立科學(xué)、有效地員工激勵(lì)勢(shì)在必行。建立科學(xué)有效的員工激勵(lì),對(duì)于加速國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行股份制改革,提升企業(yè)價(jià)值,增強(qiáng)自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有十分重要的意義。成功的激勵(lì)可以有效激發(fā)員工的工作熱情和開(kāi)拓能力,為企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供持續(xù)動(dòng)力。做好商業(yè)銀行的激勵(lì)改革工作,構(gòu)建更加優(yōu)化的管理體系,真正適應(yīng)我國(guó)國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行人力資源的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)于促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展,推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行更加快速、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展是非常重要的。激勵(lì)運(yùn)用的好與壞在一定程度上決定了企業(yè)的興衰,合理的激勵(lì)能給農(nóng)業(yè)銀行帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,同時(shí)還能為農(nóng)行在激烈的金融市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,在人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中站穩(wěn)先機(jī),為今后農(nóng)行的發(fā)展提供人才方面的支持。而有效的激勵(lì)的建立,離不開(kāi)對(duì)銀行員工激勵(lì)現(xiàn)狀的分析,只有深入了解農(nóng)行沈陽(yáng)分行員工激勵(lì)目前存在的問(wèn)題,以此為起點(diǎn),才能為建立良好的員工激勵(lì)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。正是從這一角度出發(fā),本文選擇農(nóng)行沈陽(yáng)分行員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題作為研究的主題。希望透過(guò)對(duì)沈陽(yáng)分行員工激勵(lì)問(wèn)題的探討,通過(guò)深入分析問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而解決問(wèn)題,為沈陽(yáng)分行的發(fā)展提供部分有益的建議。
[Abstract]:Shenyang branch of the Agricultural Bank in recent years in the development of competition, through a series of incentive measures, the bank staff market awareness has been enhanced, and the incentive for employees in a certain extent. But with the deepening of the reform of the financial system is gradually speeding up and the market economy mode of foreign banks, joint-stock commercial banks and local city commercial banks in Shenyang, their incentives to more effective employees, attractive to the state-owned commercial bank staff. Nowadays, more and more state-owned bank teller into these banks, the state-owned agricultural bank teller a large number of loss, the Agricultural Bank has become a training base, Agricultural Bank of China Bank teller. The state-owned and foreign banks double threat and challenge, which caused the reflection of agricultural bank incentive for employees. Foreign banks have system The staff incentive measures which is one of the key factors to attract talented people. The state-owned commercial banks with foreign banks, did not establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism in human resources, it is difficult to retain high education and talents. To solve the problem of the Agricultural Bank of China to develop incentive employees, in order to enhance the attractiveness of bank employees, has an important to adapt to changes in the market since the agricultural bank joint-stock reform.
Faced with this situation, the state-owned commercial banks to set up a scientific and effective incentive. It is imperative to establish a scientific and effective incentive mechanism to accelerate the reform of state-owned commercial banks to enhance corporate value, has very important significance to enhance their competitiveness. The successful motivation can effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff and develop the capacity to provide continuous power for the development of enterprises. To commercial bank incentive reform, constructing the management system, to adapt to the real human resource development strategy of China's state-owned commercial banks, to promote the strategic development, to promote the agricultural bank more rapid, steady development is very important. Encouragement is good or bad to a certain extent determines the enterprise the rise and fall of reasonable incentives can bring economic benefits to the Agricultural Bank, but also for the Agricultural Bank of China in the fierce competition in the financial markets, in the The competition of talents in the stand opportunities to provide personnel support for the development of the future bank.
