【摘要】：信用卡資產(chǎn)證券化對(duì)美國信用卡危機(jī)的爆發(fā)起到了推波助瀾的作用。與美國相比,我國信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)總體運(yùn)行狀況良好,并未受到國際金融危機(jī)的嚴(yán)重沖擊,市場拓展速度不斷加快,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制要求更高,外包經(jīng)營需求顯現(xiàn)。但由于多種不穩(wěn)定因素依然存在,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之路并不平坦。各銀行在后金融危機(jī)時(shí)代的信用卡業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中,要平衡市場拓展與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理之間的關(guān)系,在轉(zhuǎn)型中謀發(fā)展,適時(shí)調(diào)整經(jīng)營策略,注重產(chǎn)品與業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,密切加強(qiáng)與有關(guān)部門的交流與合作,從各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)施更為嚴(yán)格的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理措施,借助后臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)外包加速產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈整合,促進(jìn)國內(nèi)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Credit card securitization has contributed to the outbreak of credit card crisis in the United States.Compared with the United States, the credit card industry in our country is in good condition, not seriously impacted by the international financial crisis, the speed of market expansion is speeding up, the requirement of risk control is higher, and the demand for outsourcing is obvious.However, due to a variety of unstable factors still exist, the road to industrial development is not smooth.In the development of credit card business in the post-financial crisis era, the banks should balance the relationship between market expansion and risk management, seek development in the transition, adjust the management strategy in time, and pay attention to product and business innovation.Strengthen the communication and cooperation with relevant departments, implement more strict risk management measures from each link, accelerate the integration of industrial value chain with the help of back-office outsourcing, and promote the healthy development of domestic credit card industry.
