中國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展路徑選擇研究

【摘要】:從1995年我國首家城市商業(yè)銀行深圳市城市合作銀行成立至今,城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展歷史并不長,從世界范圍來看,城市商業(yè)銀行也是“中國特色”的銀行機構(gòu)。從其最初定位“服務(wù)地方經(jīng)濟、服務(wù)城市居民、服務(wù)中小企業(yè)”,到隨著中小企業(yè)對資金需求增加、市場規(guī)模的擴大,城市商業(yè)銀行在近年如雨后春筍般蓬勃發(fā)展,成為與國有、股份制商業(yè)銀行并駕齊驅(qū)的三種類型的銀行類金融機構(gòu)中的重要組成部分,其快速發(fā)展既滿足了我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展對金融機構(gòu)的專業(yè)化需求、豐富了我國銀行業(yè)的層次結(jié)構(gòu),又給我國銀行業(yè)帶來了新的發(fā)展動力。 我國城市商業(yè)銀行在較短的發(fā)展歷程中選擇了不同發(fā)展路徑,充分發(fā)揮經(jīng)營管理體制靈便、傳導(dǎo)信息機制快速等特點,努力尋求發(fā)展空間,大力推進體制改革和業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新,在更名、上市、聯(lián)合重組、不良資產(chǎn)處置和引進境外戰(zhàn)略投資者等方面進行了有益的嘗試,取得了明顯成效,顯示出了較好的發(fā)展前景和活力。盡管其發(fā)展程度參差不齊,但有相當(dāng)多的城市商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)完成了股份制改革,并通過各種途徑逐步消化歷史上的不良資產(chǎn),,降低不良貸款率,轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營模式,在當(dāng)?shù)卣加辛讼喈?dāng)大的市場份額。其中,更是出現(xiàn)了像北京銀行、上海銀行這樣發(fā)展迅速,躋身于全球銀行前列的優(yōu)秀銀行。 經(jīng)濟水平發(fā)展的區(qū)域性差異、市場環(huán)境差異、發(fā)展訴求差異等因素的影響使城市商業(yè)銀行在發(fā)展過程中選擇了不同發(fā)展路徑,本文試圖以績效為視角,選擇目前我國城市商業(yè)銀行較多依賴的上市、并購和引進戰(zhàn)略投資者三種路徑進行實證分析、評估,希望藉此研究產(chǎn)生現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)作用。 文章的基本思路是首先梳理我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展變遷脈絡(luò),從現(xiàn)狀中分析其固有優(yōu)勢與制約其發(fā)展的主要因素;其次對選擇不同發(fā)展路徑的城市商業(yè)銀行進行經(jīng)驗分析,分析其發(fā)展路徑選擇的動因與一般效果;再次以績效為評價指標(biāo)予以實證檢驗;最后,從績效出發(fā),根據(jù)實證結(jié)論分析不同模式選擇的利弊得失,得出我國城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展路徑選擇的一些啟示。
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of Shenzhen City Cooperative Bank, the first city commercial bank in our country in 1995, the development history of city commercial bank is not long. In the world, the city commercial bank is also a banking institution with "Chinese characteristics".From its initial orientation of "serving the local economy, serving the urban residents, serving the small and medium-sized enterprises" to the rapid development of the city commercial banks in recent years, with the increasing demand for funds and the expansion of the market size of the small and medium-sized enterprises,It has become an important part of three types of banking financial institutions, which are parallel with state-owned and joint-stock commercial banks. Its rapid development meets the specialized needs of financial institutions in China's economic development.It enriches the hierarchical structure of China's banking industry and brings new impetus to the development of China's banking industry.The city commercial banks of our country have chosen different development paths in the short development course, give full play to the characteristics of flexible management system and fast transmission information mechanism, and strive to seek for the development space and vigorously promote the system reform and business innovation.In the aspects of renaming, listing, joint reorganization, disposal of non-performing assets and introduction of foreign strategic investors, beneficial attempts have been made, and obvious results have been achieved, showing a better development prospect and vitality.In spite of its uneven development, quite a number of urban commercial banks have completed the reform of the shareholding system, gradually digesting historical non-performing assets through various channels, reducing the non-performing loan rate, and changing the business model.There is a considerable share of the local market.Among them, the emergence of the Bank of Beijing, Shanghai Bank such a rapid development, among the top banks in the world.This paper chooses the three paths of listing, M & A and introduction of strategic investors, which the city commercial banks rely on at present, to carry on the empirical analysis and evaluation, hoping that the research will produce the realistic guidance function.The basic idea of this paper is to firstly sort out the development and vicissitude of urban commercial banks in our country, analyze its inherent advantages and the main factors restricting its development from the present situation; secondly, carry on the empirical analysis to the city commercial banks that choose different development paths.Analyze the motivation and general effect of the choice of development path; take the performance as the evaluation index to give the empirical test again; finally, proceed from the performance, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the different mode choice according to the empirical conclusion,Get some enlightenment of the development path choice of the city commercial bank of our country.
