國有銀行中小企業(yè)授信渠道拓展和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:中小企業(yè)融資難是世界性的普遍難題,國有銀行作為中國金融市場的一個主要融資渠道,通過拓展中小企業(yè)授信渠道和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,對解決中小企業(yè)融資難具有十分重要的意義。 本文通過對中小企業(yè)融資難的現(xiàn)狀及原因進行現(xiàn)實及理論分析,結(jié)合目前各類銀行應(yīng)對中小企業(yè)融資難的多種舉措,總結(jié)了國有銀行在資金實力、品牌信譽、政府和客戶資源、管理和人才、網(wǎng)點、創(chuàng)新等六方面的優(yōu)勢,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出,國有銀行在中小企業(yè)授信渠道拓展和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新上,須揚長避短,走標準化、專業(yè)化、差異化的道路,即:以特有的網(wǎng)點優(yōu)勢為基礎(chǔ),依托政府和客戶資源優(yōu)勢,豐富與發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈融資,把傳統(tǒng)渠道做寬做深,并加強對專業(yè)市場等凝聚較多共性客戶的渠道拓展,推出更多標準化的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù);以創(chuàng)新、管理和人才優(yōu)勢,在專業(yè)化方面做深做透,加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融渠道的拓展,推出更多專業(yè)化的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù);以資金實力、品牌信譽優(yōu)勢,加強與擔保公司等中介渠道、同業(yè)渠道及創(chuàng)投公司等其它渠道的合作,推出更多差異化的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),在差異化方面領(lǐng)先一步。 在現(xiàn)行市場環(huán)境下,國有銀行應(yīng)深入拓展傳統(tǒng)渠道并創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,豐富與發(fā)展供應(yīng)鏈融資;大力拓展網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融渠道并創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融電子平臺的推廣運用;全面拓展中介渠道并創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,加強與擔保公司、保險公司等合作;充分拓展共性客戶渠道并創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,深化與園區(qū)、專業(yè)市場等的關(guān)系;積極拓展同業(yè)及其它渠道并創(chuàng)新相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品,加強與小額貸款公司、創(chuàng)投公司等的雙方或多方合作。通過這些渠道,推出商場通、銀網(wǎng)通、政購?fù)ā⑥r(nóng)貸通、銀聯(lián)通、銀園保通、科創(chuàng)擔通等體現(xiàn)“標準化、專業(yè)化、差異化”特色且契合市場需求的創(chuàng)新型產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),并采取相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險防控措施,以更好地解決中小企業(yè)普遍面臨的缺乏抵、質(zhì)押物而導(dǎo)致的融資難,更大力度地支持中小企業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises is a universal problem in the world. As one of the main financing channels of Chinese financial market, it is of great significance for state-owned banks to solve the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises by expanding the credit channels and product innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of SMEs' financing difficulties, the paper summarizes the state-owned banks' capital strength, brand reputation, government and customer resources, combined with various measures of banks to deal with the financing difficulties of SMEs at present.On the basis of the six advantages of management, talent, network and innovation, it is proposed that state-owned banks should take the road of standardization, specialization and differentiation in extending credit channels for small and medium-sized enterprises and in product innovation.That is: on the basis of unique network advantages, relying on the advantages of government and customer resources, enriching and developing supply chain financing, widening and deepening traditional channels, and strengthening the expansion of channels that condense more common customers, such as specialized markets, etc.To introduce more standardized products and services, to provide more specialized products and services with the advantages of innovation, management and talent, to make a thorough effort in specialization, to strengthen the expansion of network financial channels, to offer more specialized products and services, and to provide advantages in terms of capital strength and brand reputation,Strengthen cooperation with intermediary channels such as guarantee companies, interbank channels and other channels such as venture capital companies, and introduce more differentiated products and services, leading the way in differentiation.In the current market environment, state-owned banks should expand traditional channels and innovate products, enrich and develop supply chain financing, vigorously expand network financial channels and innovate products, and strengthen the promotion and application of electronic platform of network finance.Fully expand intermediary channels and innovate products, strengthen cooperation with guarantee companies and insurance companies, fully expand common customer channels and innovate products, deepen the relationship with parks, professional markets, etc.Actively expand the industry and other channels and innovative products, and strengthen cooperation with microfinance companies, venture capital companies, etc.Through these channels, innovative products and services that embody the characteristics of "standardization, specialization, differentiation" and meet the needs of the market are introduced, such as market access, Yinzhou-Netcom, Chengshuntong, Agricultural loan Link, Silver Unicom, Yinyuan Baotong, and Kechuangtantongtong, which embody the characteristics of "standardization, specialization, differentiation" and meet the needs of the market.And take corresponding risk prevention and control measures in order to better solve the lack of credit, pledge caused by financing difficulties, and support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
