華宸信托發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:作為當(dāng)今金融領(lǐng)域中堅(jiān)力量的信托業(yè),其實(shí)質(zhì)就是依法執(zhí)行的一種高效的理財制度,堅(jiān)守“得人之信,受人之托,代人理財,履行之囑”的本質(zhì),被廣泛用于民事、商事和公益領(lǐng)域。我國的信托行業(yè)在過去30余年的發(fā)展過程中經(jīng)歷過五次大規(guī)模整頓,2007年是信托業(yè)發(fā)展的重要轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn),自此之后信托業(yè)進(jìn)入了跨越式發(fā)展的“新兩規(guī)時代”,僅僅是五年的時間信托資產(chǎn)就迅速由06年的3360億元增長到47000億元,取得了令人矚目的偉大成績,信托業(yè)也由此進(jìn)入了一種全新的發(fā)展模式。 華宸信托有限責(zé)任公司(以下簡稱華宸信托)成立于20世紀(jì)90年代,主要從事貨幣、資本交易以及實(shí)業(yè)投資事務(wù),雖然其存在形式是非銀行金融機(jī)構(gòu),但在內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)的金融系統(tǒng)內(nèi)有著舉足輕重的作用。 該文根據(jù)華宸信托的發(fā)展管理現(xiàn)狀和PEST分析手段并結(jié)合企業(yè)管理和創(chuàng)新等理論,對該公司發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部宏微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了細(xì)化的探究。從該公司的內(nèi)部運(yùn)行環(huán)境上講,由于公司的成立時間較長,積累了大量豐富的運(yùn)營管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和雄厚資本,口碑良好,品牌樹立初露端倪,這些都促進(jìn)了公司的向前發(fā)展;然而華宸信托同樣也面臨著管理體系老化、市場服務(wù)面窄和主業(yè)發(fā)展不強(qiáng)的前進(jìn)困境;以中國當(dāng)前的社會政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)的宏觀環(huán)境來講,國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、政局穩(wěn)定,且國民經(jīng)濟(jì)收入增長、各個行業(yè)加速創(chuàng)新腳步等,都為華宸信托的發(fā)展提供了絕好機(jī)遇。除此之外,我國政府對于金融系統(tǒng)的政策引導(dǎo)發(fā)生變化,加之當(dāng)前各種企業(yè)間的激烈競爭局面都給華宸信托的擴(kuò)展帶來了挑戰(zhàn),迫切要求公司的創(chuàng)新和轉(zhuǎn)型;谝陨险撌,通過SWOT理論對華宸信托發(fā)展的內(nèi)外部宏微觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行量化分析和總結(jié),設(shè)定出該公司的長中短期發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、競爭戰(zhàn)略和整體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并提出了5種戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施手段,有戰(zhàn)略合作聯(lián)盟、增強(qiáng)風(fēng)險控制能力、構(gòu)建營銷服務(wù)系統(tǒng)、提升人力資源現(xiàn)狀、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:As the backbone of the financial field today, the essence of the trust industry is to implement an efficient financial management system according to law. It adheres to the essence of "obtaining people's trust, being entrusted by others, managing money on behalf of others, and fulfilling orders", and is widely used in civil affairs.Commercial and public interestThe trust industry of our country has experienced five large-scale rectifications in the development process of the past 30 years, and 2007 was an important turning point for the development of the trust industry. Since then, the trust industry has entered the "new two times" of leaping development.The trust assets increased rapidly from 336 billion yuan in 2006 to 4.7 trillion yuan in just five years, and the trust industry also entered a new development model.Huachen Trust Co., Ltd. was founded in the 1990s, mainly engaged in money, capital transactions and industrial investment, although its form of existence is non-bank financial institutions.But in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous region's financial system has a pivotal role.According to the present situation of development and management of Huachen Trust, the PEST analysis method and the theory of enterprise management and innovation, this paper makes a detailed research on the internal and external macro and micro environment of the company's development.From the company's internal operating environment, due to the company's establishment of a long time, accumulated a large number of rich experience in operation and management and abundant capital, good reputation, brand setting up the initial signs, these have promoted the company's forward development;However, the Huachen Trust is also facing the difficulties of aging management system, narrow market service coverage and weak development of its main business. In terms of the current social, political and economic macro environment in China, the domestic economy is prosperous and the political situation is stable.And the national economy income growth, each profession accelerates the innovation step and so on, all has provided the excellent opportunity for the development of the Huachen Trust.In addition, our government's policy guidance to the financial system has changed, coupled with the current situation of fierce competition among various enterprises have brought challenges to the expansion of the Huachen Trust, the urgent need for innovation and transformation of the company.Based on the above discussion, the internal and external macro and micro environment of the development of Huachen trust is analyzed and summarized quantitatively by SWOT theory, and the long, medium and short term development strategy, competition strategy and overall development strategy of the company are established.It also puts forward five kinds of strategic implementation means, such as strategic cooperation alliance, strengthening risk control ability, constructing marketing service system, improving the present situation of human resources and product innovation.
