【摘要】：從公司金融生態(tài)環(huán)境出發(fā)研究盈余質(zhì)量與公司現(xiàn)金持有之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明:如果公司處于金融業(yè)市場(chǎng)化和信貸資金分配市場(chǎng)化水平較高的地區(qū),則公司的盈余質(zhì)量越高,持有的現(xiàn)金就越少;信貸資金分配市場(chǎng)化水平對(duì)國(guó)有企業(yè)盈余質(zhì)量與現(xiàn)金持有之間的關(guān)系無(wú)顯著影響,但會(huì)使民營(yíng)企業(yè)的盈余質(zhì)量與現(xiàn)金持有負(fù)相關(guān);對(duì)于政府干預(yù)程度較低地區(qū)的公司,盈余質(zhì)量越高其所持有的現(xiàn)金越少,反之,盈余質(zhì)量與現(xiàn)金持有之間無(wú)顯著關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The relationship between earnings quality and cash holding is studied from the perspective of corporate financial ecological environment. The results show that if the company is in a region with a high level of marketization of financial industry and marketization of credit funds, the earnings quality of the company will be higher.The less cash is held, the less the marketization level of credit fund distribution has on the relationship between earnings quality and cash holding of state-owned enterprises, but the negative correlation between earnings quality and cash holding in private enterprises.The higher the earnings quality is, the less cash it holds, whereas there is no significant relationship between earnings quality and cash holding.
