南京民生銀行自助銀行渠道建設(shè)及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行信息化程度在信息化社會(huì)持續(xù)提高,自助設(shè)備是信息化技術(shù)的產(chǎn)物,自助銀行渠道通過(guò)自助設(shè)備的應(yīng)用,已成為商業(yè)銀行提高客戶(hù)服務(wù)水平的重要方式。促進(jìn)自助銀行渠道建設(shè),不斷完善自助銀行渠道,成為現(xiàn)在研究的熱點(diǎn)。鑒于商業(yè)銀行自助銀行廣闊的發(fā)展前景,對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行自助銀行渠道建設(shè)及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展探究,能夠?qū)ψ灾y行進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)、系統(tǒng)、高效的管理,,充分發(fā)揮其自身的優(yōu)勢(shì),提升銀行競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有很重要的意義,具有較高的研究?jī)r(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先闡明了研究的背景、目的和意義、研究的內(nèi)容、方法和思路,然后進(jìn)行了文獻(xiàn)回顧,找到本文研究的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和理論基礎(chǔ)。本文對(duì)民生銀行南京分行自助渠道進(jìn)行了外部環(huán)境、行業(yè)環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,然后通過(guò)SWOT分析,明確了民生銀行南京分行關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。本文研究了民生銀行南京分行自助渠道的建設(shè)與保障,首先進(jìn)行民生銀行南京分行自助渠道客戶(hù)細(xì)分、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)選擇及定位,然后研究民生銀行南京分行自助渠道的建設(shè),包括民生銀行南京分行自助渠道選址分析和自助渠道運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的創(chuàng)新。本文最后研究了民生銀行南京分行自助渠道經(jīng)營(yíng)的保障。 本文旨在通過(guò)研究商業(yè)銀行自助渠道建設(shè)方案以及在自助渠道發(fā)展及運(yùn)營(yíng)中存在的諸多問(wèn)題,為商業(yè)銀行在自助渠道發(fā)展規(guī)劃、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理提出解決方案及建設(shè)策略,使自助渠道成為商業(yè)銀行提高服務(wù)水平、降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本、彌補(bǔ)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)不足、樹(shù)立銀行企業(yè)形象的經(jīng)營(yíng)渠道。
[Abstract]:The degree of informatization of commercial banks continues to improve in the information society, self-help equipment is the product of information technology, self-help banking channels through the application of self-help equipment, It has become an important way for commercial banks to improve the level of customer service. To promote the construction of self-help banking channels and to improve self-service banking channels has become a hot research topic. In view of the broad development prospects of self-service banks in commercial banks, It is of great significance for commercial banks to explore the channel construction and business development of self-help banks, to be able to carry out real-time, systematic and efficient management, to give full play to their own advantages, and to enhance the competitiveness of banks. It has high research value and practical significance. In this paper, the background, purpose and significance of the research, the contents, methods and ideas of the research are expounded, and then the literature review is carried out. To find the starting point and theoretical basis of this study. This paper analyzes the external environment, industry environment and internal environment of the self-help channel of the Nanjing Branch of Minsheng Bank, and then through the SWOT analysis, This paper studies the construction and guarantee of self-service channel of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch. Firstly, the customer segmentation, target market selection and positioning of the self-service channel of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch are carried out. Then it studies the construction of self-service channel of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch, including the location analysis of self-service channel and innovation of self-service channel operation mode of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch. Finally, this paper studies the guarantee of self-service channel management of Minsheng Bank Nanjing Branch. The purpose of this paper is to put forward solutions and construction strategies for commercial banks in self-service channel development planning, operation management through the study of commercial bank self-help channel construction program and problems in self-service channel development and operation. The self-help channel is the channel for commercial banks to improve the service level, reduce the operating cost, make up for the lack of network, and establish the corporate image of the banks.
