【摘要】:中小企業(yè)是一個國家經(jīng)濟增長和發(fā)展的主要動力,在經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展中具有不可替代的地位。隨著中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展,其對資金的需求也越來越大,對中小企業(yè)來說資金是生存和發(fā)展過程中最重要的保證,而在金融工具并不成熟、發(fā)達的中國,從商業(yè)銀行獲得貸款是其最主要的外源融資渠道。但是由于信息不對稱、貸款成本高、擔保抵押等因素,長期以來,中小企業(yè)很難從銀行獲得足夠的融資支持,這也成為一部分企業(yè)發(fā)展道路上不可逾越的瓶頸。 銀行信貸是中小企業(yè)外源融資的重要組成部分之一。從中小企業(yè)的角度來看,解決了銀行貸款難的問題,其融資困難可以得到很大的緩解;從商業(yè)銀行角度看,如果實現(xiàn)了在中小企業(yè)金融服務業(yè)務上成本、風險、收益的有機平衡,對于其業(yè)務的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展也將起到重要的推動作用。伴隨著各種復雜因素的相互作用和影響,商業(yè)銀行在中小企業(yè)貸款業(yè)務的運作過程中必將面臨來自企業(yè)的信貸風險與來自外圍的競爭壓力。 正是基于這種考慮,本文結合我國目前的實際金融環(huán)境和銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展趨.勢,運用信貸配給理論、商業(yè)銀行信用風險管理理論和“金融缺口”理論,從理論的角度解釋了是什么造成了中小企業(yè)的獲得銀行信貸如此困難?哪些是影響商業(yè)銀行對中小企業(yè)信貸決策的根本要素。之后,分析闡述了目前我國商業(yè)銀行對中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務開展的現(xiàn)狀、問題和原因所在,并在學習了日本中小企業(yè)銀行金融服務領域的實踐基礎上,給出了我國商業(yè)銀行在中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務中所應該采取的策略建議。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the main driving force for the economic growth and development of a country and play an irreplaceable role in the economic and social development.With the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, their demand for funds is also increasing. For small and medium-sized enterprises, capital is the most important guarantee in the process of survival and development, but in China, where financial instruments are not mature and developed,Obtaining loans from commercial banks is the main external financing channel.However, due to asymmetric information, high cost of loans, collateral and other factors, it has long been difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain adequate financing support from banks, which has become an insurmountable bottleneck in the development of some enterprises.Bank credit is one of the important components of external financing for SMEs.From the point of view of small and medium-sized enterprises, the problem of bank loans is solved, and its financing difficulties can be greatly alleviated. From the perspective of commercial banks, if the costs and risks in the financial services business of small and medium-sized enterprises are realized,The organic balance of income will also play an important role in the sustainable and stable development of its business.With the interaction and influence of various complicated factors, commercial banks are bound to face the credit risk from the enterprises and the competition pressure from the periphery in the operation process of the loan business of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on this consideration, this paper combines the actual financial environment and the development trend of banking industry.Using credit rationing theory, credit risk management theory of commercial banks and "financial gap" theory, this paper explains from the theoretical point of view what makes it so difficult for small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain bank credit.What are the basic factors that affect the credit decision of commercial banks to small and medium enterprises.Then, the paper analyzes the current situation, problems and reasons of the credit business of SMEs in China's commercial banks, and studies the practice in the field of banking financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises in Japan.In this paper, the author puts forward the strategic suggestions that should be taken by Chinese commercial banks in the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises.
