【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)之后，日本迅速實(shí)現(xiàn)了復(fù)興，并通過高速發(fā)展成為為數(shù)不多的發(fā)達(dá)國家。19H年的“尼克松沖擊”之后不久，各發(fā)達(dá)國家先后選擇了浮動(dòng)匯率制，日本也于1973年3月選擇了浮動(dòng)匯率制。之后，日元對(duì)美元不斷升值成為主要的趨勢(shì)。 在日本，拜媒體對(duì)日元升值大量的負(fù)而報(bào)道所賜，相當(dāng)一部分日本國民患上了日元升值恐慌癥，對(duì)日元升值持有一種偏見。然而事實(shí)上，日本經(jīng)濟(jì)并未因日元升值而垮掉，反而逐漸形成了適應(yīng)日元升值的體制。 本論文嘗試通過考察日元升值對(duì)過去日本經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響，探討在21世紀(jì)日元升值對(duì)日本經(jīng)濟(jì)的意義，來證明日元升值給日本帶來的益處。最后，討論一下日元升值對(duì)人民幣升值某些方而的啟示。 就日元升值對(duì)過去日本經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響來說，筆者認(rèn)為應(yīng)從短期影響和中長期影響兩個(gè)角度來探討。日元的急劇升值和緩慢升值對(duì)日本經(jīng)濟(jì)造成的影響不同，，日元升值也具有兩而性，尤其是在對(duì)日本的貿(mào)易收支、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響方而，這一點(diǎn)顯得尤為重要。另外，在對(duì)人民生活（主要是日元升值帶來的減價(jià)促銷，及海外旅游等方而）、海外MA等方而，無論是從短期來看，還是從中長期來看，日元升值都有很大的益處。 21世紀(jì)，能源資源、糧食的稀少商品化與高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的日用化趨勢(shì)很明顯。日本雖然在高科技產(chǎn)品方而優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯，但由于在能源和糧食等方而形勢(shì)比較嚴(yán)峻，日元升值對(duì)確保能源、糧食等的穩(wěn)定供應(yīng)方而具有一定的戰(zhàn)略性意義。盡管日元升值給日本的制造業(yè)帶來很多負(fù)而影響，但在促進(jìn)日本產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)、通過海外MA擴(kuò)大企業(yè)、來改善業(yè)務(wù)的方而產(chǎn)生的作用不容忽視。 我國自加入世貿(mào)組織以來，出口大幅增長，貿(mào)易順差亦隨之?dāng)U大，外匯儲(chǔ)備增幅顯著，人民幣的升值也已無法避免。盡管中日國情、所處的發(fā)展階段不同，但日元升值帶來的影響、意義，及應(yīng)對(duì)日元升值的措施都對(duì)人民幣升值具有一定的借鑒意義。筆者認(rèn)為，日本的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)換、國K分工體系中地位的提升、內(nèi)需的擴(kuò)大等方而的經(jīng)驗(yàn)對(duì)我國的借鑒意義尤為玉貝。
[Abstract]:After World War II, Japan quickly realized a renaissance, and through the rapid development of the "Nixon shock" of the few developed countries in the year of 19H, the developed countries successively chose the floating exchange rate system. Japan also opted for a floating exchange rate in March 1973. Since then, a rising yen against the dollar has become a major trend. In Japan, thanks to a lot of negative media reports on the yen's appreciation, quite a number of Japanese nationals have suffered from panic about the yen's appreciation and have a prejudice against the yen's appreciation. However, in fact, the Japanese economy has not collapsed as a result of the yen's appreciation. Instead, a system adapted to the appreciation of the yen was gradually formed. This paper attempts to prove the benefits of yen appreciation to Japan by examining the impact of yen appreciation on Japan's economy in the past, and exploring the significance of yen appreciation to Japan's economy in the 21st century. Discuss the yen's appreciation of some parties to the appreciation of the RMB and the inspiration. As far as the impact of yen appreciation on Japan's economy in the past is concerned, the author thinks that it should be discussed from the two angles of short-term and medium- and long-term effects. The sharp and slow appreciation of the yen have different effects on the Japanese economy. The appreciation of the yen also has a dual nature, especially in the impact on Japan's trade balance and industrial structure. In addition, it is particularly important to promote price reductions in people's lives, mainly because of the appreciation of the yen. And overseas travel, overseas MA and others, both in the short term and in the medium and long term, the appreciation of the yen has great benefits. In the 21st century, the scarcity and commercialization of energy resources and grain and the daily use of high and new technology products are very obvious. Although Japan has obvious advantages in high-tech products, the situation is quite severe because of its energy and grain, etc. The appreciation of the yen is of certain strategic significance in ensuring a stable supply side of energy, food, and so on. Although the appreciation of the yen has brought a lot of negative impacts on Japan's manufacturing industry, it is promoting the upgrading of Japan's industrial structure and expanding enterprises through overseas MA. The effect of improving the business should not be ignored. Since China's accession to the WTO, China's exports have increased substantially, the trade surplus has also expanded, foreign exchange reserves have increased significantly, and the appreciation of the RMB has become unavoidable. Although China and Japan have different national conditions, they are at different stages of development. However, the impact and significance of the appreciation of the yen, as well as the measures to deal with the appreciation of the yen, are of certain significance to the appreciation of the RMB. The author believes that the transformation of the industrial structure of Japan and the promotion of the position in the system of division of labor in the country K, The expansion of domestic demand and other aspects of the experience of our country's reference significance is particularly jade shellfish.
