浙江泰隆銀行中小企業(yè)貸款業(yè)務(wù)投放研究

【摘要】:中小企業(yè)融資難一再成為理論界和實(shí)務(wù)界不斷探討的話(huà)題,解決中小企業(yè)融資貸款問(wèn)題關(guān)系到中小企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展,關(guān)系到社會(huì)穩(wěn)定及健康發(fā)展。從國(guó)內(nèi)銀行的實(shí)踐來(lái)看,浙江泰隆商業(yè)銀行作為一家由民間資本組建的地方性小型商業(yè)銀行通過(guò)廣泛利用關(guān)系型借貸技術(shù),在成立之初便以服務(wù)中小企業(yè)為立行之本,始終將目標(biāo)客戶(hù)定位于小微客戶(hù),在為中小企業(yè)提供融資方面取得了十分不俗的成績(jī)。泰隆銀行的成功,使得關(guān)系型借貸技術(shù)型成為具有強(qiáng)烈地方特色的“泰隆模式”,為解決中小企業(yè)融資難問(wèn)題提供了一個(gè)生動(dòng)的案例,也為其他商業(yè)銀行的中小企業(yè)貸款實(shí)踐提供了很好的借鑒意義。 本文首先介紹了支撐中小企業(yè)貸款的理論,包括信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)理論、關(guān)系借貸理論、小銀行優(yōu)勢(shì)假說(shuō)理論,提出信息不對(duì)稱(chēng)是理論界和實(shí)務(wù)界普遍公認(rèn)的中小企業(yè)貸款難的重要原因之一,而關(guān)系型借貸技術(shù)是針對(duì)軟信息的生產(chǎn)和處理而開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)的一種信貸技術(shù),在很大程度上解決了銀行與中小企業(yè)之間的信息不對(duì)稱(chēng),小銀行對(duì)于開(kāi)展關(guān)系型借貸技術(shù)比大銀行更具有優(yōu)勢(shì),,從而開(kāi)展中小企業(yè)貸款業(yè)務(wù)也更具有優(yōu)勢(shì)。之后本文以泰隆銀行的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為案例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行了研究與分析。首先簡(jiǎn)單介紹了泰隆銀行的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,并介紹了部分其對(duì)中小企業(yè)貸款所采取的措施。之后對(duì)其成功的原因進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的剖析,以供更多的人學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒。泰隆銀行的成功給我們帶來(lái)深刻的啟示:始終如一的定位、貸款業(yè)務(wù)要符合中小企業(yè)的資金需求特點(diǎn)、堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新、走差異化道路、保持先進(jìn)的企業(yè)文化使企業(yè)擁有強(qiáng)大的凝聚力。泰隆的成功存在其必然性,同時(shí)在其廣泛推廣中也不可避免的存在隱憂(yōu)。針對(duì)如何確!疤┞∧J健背晒Φ耐茝V,本文分別從“泰隆模式”推廣所需的外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部環(huán)境提出了合理的對(duì)策與建議。
[Abstract]:The financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises has repeatedly become a topic of constant discussion in the theoretical and practical circles. To solve the problem of financing loans for small and medium-sized enterprises is related to the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, social stability and healthy development. From the perspective of the practice of domestic banks, Zhejiang Tai long Commercial Bank, as a local small commercial bank organized by private capital, through the extensive use of relational lending technology, set up to serve small and medium-sized enterprises at the beginning of its establishment, always positioning its target customers as small and micro customers. Great success in financing small and medium enterprises. Tyrone Bank's success, This makes relational lending technology become the "Tyrone mode" with strong local characteristics, which provides a vivid case for solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. It also provides a good reference for the loan practice of small and medium-sized enterprises in other commercial banks. This paper first introduces the theory of supporting SME loan, including information asymmetry theory, relational lending theory, small bank advantage hypothesis theory, It is pointed out that information asymmetry is one of the most important reasons for the difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises' loan, and the relational lending technology is a kind of credit technology developed for the production and processing of soft information. To a large extent, the information asymmetry between banks and small and medium-sized enterprises has been solved, and small banks have advantages over large banks in developing relational lending techniques. Then this paper takes the successful experience of Tyrone Bank as a case to study and analyze it. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the management situation of Tyrone Bank. It also introduces some of the measures it has taken to make loans to small and medium-sized enterprises. Then, it makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for its success, in order to provide more people with learning and reference. The success of Tyrone Bank brings us profound enlightenment: consistent positioning, The loan business should conform to the characteristics of the capital demand of the small and medium-sized enterprises, persist in innovation, take the road of differentiation, and keep the advanced enterprise culture so that the enterprise has strong cohesion. At the same time, there are inevitable hidden problems in its extensive popularization. In view of how to ensure the successful popularization of the "Tyrone Model", this paper puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions from the external environment and the internal environment needed for the popularization of the "Tyrone Model".
