【摘要】：發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì),轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式,已經(jīng)成為全球共識(shí)。但單純技術(shù)手段無(wú)法達(dá)到減排目標(biāo),還需通過(guò)引入市場(chǎng)機(jī)制來(lái)引領(lǐng)資本向低碳行業(yè)配置,碳交易就是其中一種典型的機(jī)制。國(guó)際主流商業(yè)銀行早已深入到碳交易的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),控制碳金融市場(chǎng)定價(jià)權(quán),而中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行在該領(lǐng)域還處于起步階段,極可能面臨丟失石油定價(jià)權(quán)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)背景下,中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)積極應(yīng)對(duì),把握市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇,不斷完善自身機(jī)制,推動(dòng)金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,積極參與中國(guó)碳交易市場(chǎng)構(gòu)建,提高自身參與碳金融市場(chǎng)的能力,有計(jì)劃有步驟地推出適應(yīng)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)需求的碳金融衍生產(chǎn)品,逐步建立健全低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的支持體系,不斷增強(qiáng)國(guó)內(nèi)金融機(jī)構(gòu)在國(guó)際碳市場(chǎng)領(lǐng)域的話語(yǔ)權(quán)。
[Abstract]:It has become a global consensus to develop a low-carbon economy and transform the economic development model. But technological means alone cannot achieve the emission reduction target, and we still need to introduce market mechanisms to guide the allocation of capital to low-carbon industries. Carbon trading is one of the typical mechanisms. The international mainstream commercial banks have already penetrated into all aspects of carbon trading and controlled the pricing power of the carbon financial market, while the Chinese commercial banks are still in their infancy in this field. In the context of a low-carbon economy, Chinese commercial banks should actively respond to, seize market opportunities, constantly improve their own mechanisms, promote innovation of financial products, and actively participate in the construction of China's carbon trading market. To enhance their ability to participate in the carbon financial market, to systematically introduce carbon financial derivatives to meet the needs of the Chinese market, and to gradually establish and improve the support system for a low-carbon economy, Increasing the voice of domestic financial institutions in the international carbon market.
