【摘要】：從20世紀(jì)80年代開(kāi)始，在國(guó)際分工的大背景下，我國(guó)承接了國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移，大量外資流入我國(guó)。90年代以后，在改革開(kāi)放和招商引資政策的引導(dǎo)下，大量的外商直接投資進(jìn)入我國(guó)，成為我國(guó)利用外資的主要形式。外資的流入，，在促進(jìn)我國(guó)貿(mào)易發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的同時(shí)，使得我國(guó)的外匯儲(chǔ)備急劇增長(zhǎng)。在此背景下，研究FDI對(duì)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的影響，加強(qiáng)外商直接投資和外匯儲(chǔ)備的管理，具有非常重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 首先，從外商直接投資、外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模、FDI影響國(guó)際收支，F(xiàn)DI對(duì)東道國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)四個(gè)方面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述；其次，系統(tǒng)研究了FDI影響外匯儲(chǔ)備的相關(guān)理論，綜述了產(chǎn)品生命周期理論、邊際產(chǎn)業(yè)擴(kuò)張論、國(guó)際生產(chǎn)折衷理論等外商直接投資的理論，綜述了重商主義理論、國(guó)際收支結(jié)構(gòu)分析理論、危機(jī)預(yù)防需求理論等外匯儲(chǔ)備理論，并介紹了行業(yè)生命周期理論。第三，深入分析了我國(guó)FDI與外匯儲(chǔ)備的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。第四，系統(tǒng)研究了FDI影響我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的機(jī)制。從FDI對(duì)國(guó)際收支中經(jīng)常項(xiàng)目和金融資本項(xiàng)目?jī)煞矫娴挠绊懗霭l(fā)，研究FDI對(duì)外匯儲(chǔ)備影響的機(jī)制。第五，建立模型，實(shí)證分析了FDI對(duì)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的影響。通過(guò)描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)和回歸分析,實(shí)證了FDI、凈出口和貨幣供給量與外匯儲(chǔ)備形成的關(guān)系，從而驗(yàn)證FDI對(duì)我國(guó)外匯儲(chǔ)備的影響機(jī)制。最后，提出了完善FDI政策法規(guī)、繼續(xù)大力吸引外商投資、引導(dǎo)FDI的產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、提高外資使用質(zhì)量以及加強(qiáng)外匯儲(chǔ)備管理等政策建議，從而提高我國(guó)的外商直接投資管理和外匯儲(chǔ)備管理的水平。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, under the background of international division of labor, China has accepted international industrial transfer, a large amount of foreign capital has been flowing into our country since the 1980s, and under the guidance of the policies of reform and opening up and attracting investment, A large number of foreign direct investment (FDI) has come into our country and become the main form of utilizing foreign capital. The inflow of foreign capital promotes the development of China's trade and the adjustment of industrial structure, at the same time, it makes the foreign exchange reserve of our country increase rapidly. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the influence of FDI on China's foreign exchange reserve and to strengthen the management of foreign direct investment and foreign exchange reserve. Firstly, this paper summarizes the current situation of foreign direct investment (FDI), foreign exchange reserve (FDI) impact on the host country's economic growth in four aspects: secondly, it systematically studies the relevant theories of FDI's influence on foreign exchange reserve. This paper summarizes the theories of foreign direct investment, such as product life cycle theory, marginal industrial expansion theory, international production eclectic theory, and foreign exchange reserve theory, such as mercantilism theory, international balance of payments structure analysis theory, crisis prevention demand theory, etc. And introduced the industry life cycle theory. Third, in-depth analysis of the development of China's FDI and foreign exchange reserves. This paper systematically studies the mechanism of FDI influencing China's foreign exchange reserve. Starting from the impact of FDI on current account and financial capital account in the balance of payments, this paper studies the mechanism of FDI's influence on foreign exchange reserve. This paper empirically analyzes the influence of FDI on China's foreign exchange reserve. Through descriptive statistics and regression analysis, the paper proves the relationship between FDI, net export and money supply and the formation of foreign exchange reserve, thus validates the influence mechanism of FDI on China's foreign exchange reserve. Some policy suggestions are put forward to improve the policies and regulations of FDI, to continue to attract foreign investment, to guide the industrial distribution of FDI, to improve the quality of foreign capital utilization and to strengthen the management of foreign exchange reserves.
