【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟全球化的發(fā)展,我國市場經(jīng)濟體制正在日益深化,成都NC銀行從成立之日起就已成為成都金融業(yè)發(fā)展的一支主力軍。但是自從我國加入WTO以后,隨著國內(nèi)金融市場的對外開放,許多國外實力雄厚的大銀行也紛紛進軍中國市場。加之國內(nèi)各大商業(yè)銀行群雄四起,這無疑給較為年輕的股份制商業(yè)銀行增加了更大的壓力,成都NC銀行便是其中之一。成都NC銀行要想在激烈的競爭中保持領(lǐng)先地位,就必須不斷提高自己的核心競爭力,努力修正自身在發(fā)展過程中存在的缺點與不足,積極努力探索適合自身發(fā)展與進步的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以適合不斷發(fā)展變化的市場需要。 本文根據(jù)國內(nèi)外的研究情況進行分析總結(jié),明確了本論文的研究目的和研究意義,,確定了自己的研究思路和研究內(nèi)容。同時,以戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)概念和理論作為研究的理論基礎(chǔ),對本文的后續(xù)研究提供了有力的保證。論文的核心內(nèi)容則是對成都NC銀行目前運行的戰(zhàn)略管理進行有效性的評價,其中概況了成都NC銀行基本情況和戰(zhàn)略管理現(xiàn)狀,并以此為基點對成都NC銀行戰(zhàn)略管理存在的問題和原因進行深入剖析,通過戰(zhàn)略管理的基本思想,運用了SWOT分析法,指出成都NC銀行的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅,最終進行戰(zhàn)略改革,提出新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理策略、落實措施等方面進行初步探討。 本文深入研究了成都NC銀行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略部署,針對NC銀行發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的一系列的問題,制定出相應(yīng)的改進措施和發(fā)展規(guī)劃,努力探索出一條持續(xù)、快速、穩(wěn)健發(fā)展的道路,這將對成都NC銀行的發(fā)展具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization, the market economy system of our country is deepening day by day. Chengdu NC Bank has become a main force in the development of Chengdu financial industry since its establishment. With the opening up of the domestic financial market, many powerful foreign banks have also entered the Chinese market. Together with the emergence of various major domestic commercial banks, this undoubtedly has increased the pressure on younger joint-stock commercial banks. Chengdu NC Bank is one of them. In order to maintain its leading position in the fierce competition, Chengdu NC Bank must constantly improve its core competitiveness and try to correct its shortcomings and shortcomings in the process of development. Actively explore the enterprise development strategy suitable for their own development and progress, in order to meet the changing needs of the market. This paper analyzes and summarizes the research situation at home and abroad, clarifies the research purpose and significance of this paper, determines its own research ideas and contents. At the same time, Taking the related concepts and theories of strategic management as the theoretical basis of the study, this paper provides a strong guarantee for the follow-up study of this paper. The core of this paper is to evaluate the effectiveness of the strategic management of Chengdu NC Bank. The basic situation and strategic management status of Chengdu NC Bank are summarized, and the existing problems and reasons of Chengdu NC Bank's strategic management are analyzed in depth. Through the basic idea of strategic management, SWOT analysis method is used. This paper points out the development strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Chengdu NC Bank, finally carries out strategic reform, and puts forward new development strategy management strategies and implementation measures. In this paper, the development strategy of Chengdu NC Bank is deeply studied. Aiming at a series of problems in the development process of NC Bank, the corresponding improvement measures and development plan are worked out, and a continuous and rapid development plan is explored. The road of steady development will be of great significance to the development of Chengdu NC Bank.
