【摘要】：為了預(yù)防洗錢活動,維護金融秩序,遏制洗錢犯罪及相關(guān)犯罪,研制了反洗錢信息監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),所謂反洗錢是指為了預(yù)防通過各種方式掩飾、隱瞞毒品犯罪,黑社會性質(zhì)的組織犯罪、恐怖活動犯罪、走私犯罪、貪污賄賂犯罪、破壞金融管理秩序犯罪、金融詐騙犯罪等犯罪所得及其收益的來源和性質(zhì)的洗錢活動,反洗錢已經(jīng)成為當今國際社會的一個焦點問題。 本文主要是根據(jù)現(xiàn)有技術(shù)討論了新的金融反洗錢系統(tǒng)總體框架。
[Abstract]:In order to prevent money laundering activities, safeguard the financial order, to curb the crime of money laundering and related crimes, the development of the anti money laundering information monitoring system, the so-called anti money laundering refers to prevention through various ways to hide, conceal drug crimes, mafia organized crime, terrorist crimes, smuggling, corruption and bribery crime, destruction of financial management order crime. The crime of financial fraud and other criminal proceeds and the origin and nature of money laundering and anti money laundering has become a focus of the international community.
This paper mainly discusses the general framework of the new financial anti money laundering system based on the existing technology.
