【摘要】：本文系統(tǒng)分析了中國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的融資需求、結(jié)構(gòu)和面臨的困境。在對現(xiàn)有農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社融資文獻(xiàn)回顧總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出一個契合我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社特點(diǎn)的理論框架,對當(dāng)前我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社內(nèi)源融資和外源融資"雙約束"的困境進(jìn)行了解釋,并進(jìn)一步選取當(dāng)前我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社融資創(chuàng)新案例,對信用(或擔(dān)保)合作融資和嵌入農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈融資這兩種重要模式進(jìn)行剖析。最終,本文提出緩解我國農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社融資難題的諸多方案。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the Chinese farmer cooperatives financing demand structure and difficulties. In the review of the existing farmer cooperatives financing documents on the basis of summing up, put forward a combination of the characteristics of China's farmers' professional cooperatives theoretical framework for our current farmer cooperatives internal financing and external financing of the "double bind" dilemma to explain, and further select the current farmer cooperatives financing innovation case of our country, the credit (or guarantee) to analyze the two main modes of financing cooperation and embedding agricultural industrial chain financing. Finally, this paper puts forward many solutions to alleviate the financing problem of farmer specialized cooperatives in China.
