【摘要】：改革開放以來,湖北省積極利用外國直接投資,在一定程度上促進了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。但湖北省在利用外國直接投資中,存在著地區(qū)分布不平衡、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、資源危機等問題,這對湖北的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了不利的影響。要從全省經(jīng)濟布局的總體要求出發(fā),突出城市產(chǎn)業(yè)特色,以專業(yè)化集聚為原則,進一步促進外資產(chǎn)業(yè)合理布局,有序引導(dǎo)外商投資企業(yè)向產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)勢區(qū)域集聚,推進區(qū)域適度差異化發(fā)展,避免盲目惡性競爭。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the active use of foreign direct investment (FDI) in Hubei Province has promoted the development of regional economy to a certain extent. However, in the utilization of FDI in Hubei Province, the regional distribution is not balanced and the industrial structure is unreasonable. Resources crisis and other problems have adversely affected Hubei's regional economic development. Proceeding from the overall requirements of the economic layout of the province, the characteristics of urban industries should be highlighted, and the principle of specialization and agglomeration should be taken as the principle to further promote the rational distribution of foreign investment industries. Foreign-invested enterprises should be guided to agglomerate into the superior regions of industry in an orderly manner, and regional differentiation should be promoted to avoid blind and vicious competition.
