【摘要】:本文提出了在人民幣國際化帶來的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)的背景下,推進(jìn)我國商業(yè)銀行國際化的發(fā)展對策選擇:1、區(qū)位布局方面:在商業(yè)銀行國際化初期,需要通過在不同的地區(qū)采用開立海外機(jī)構(gòu)、兼并與重組、建立代理行關(guān)系等多種方式進(jìn)行物理布局,不同區(qū)位的不同布局可以起到以一點(diǎn)輻射周邊多個(gè)國家地區(qū)的效果,但各家商業(yè)銀行在不同區(qū)位的布局也彰顯了各家商業(yè)銀行對未來發(fā)展機(jī)遇的預(yù)判,在人民幣國際化趨勢下,商業(yè)銀行只有提前布局爭取更多的區(qū)域清算中心資格才能更好的做到以點(diǎn)帶面輻射周邊的效果;2、海外業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方面:海外業(yè)務(wù)是建立在區(qū)位布局戰(zhàn)略基礎(chǔ)之上的,通過物理布局來構(gòu)建海外業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)在取得更多業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營牌照后,海外業(yè)務(wù)所覆蓋的廣度、深度也對商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展起到了至關(guān)重要的作用,特別是在人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中,跨境聯(lián)動及離岸人民幣金融產(chǎn)品呈現(xiàn)快速發(fā)展,隨著市場的不斷健全以及管制的逐漸放開,這更是未來幾年內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行所迎接的巨大機(jī)遇;3、全球客戶資源方面:全球客戶資源層面是以前述兩個(gè)層面為基礎(chǔ)的,在人民幣國際化的契機(jī)下,商業(yè)銀行要實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的國際化,除聚焦本土“走出去”客戶以外,更需要關(guān)注海外“走進(jìn)來”客戶以及僅在海外發(fā)展的客戶,只有海外客戶群體的不斷擴(kuò)充才能令我國的商業(yè)銀行在海外扎穩(wěn)根基,不斷壯大發(fā)展,同樣,商業(yè)銀行可以通過“走出去”客戶及跨國大型外企集團(tuán)優(yōu)先拓展全球客戶資源,而后隨著人民幣國際化進(jìn)程逐步豐富全球客戶體系;4、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制方面:風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制是商業(yè)銀行實(shí)現(xiàn)國際化發(fā)展的重中之重,同時(shí)也是對商業(yè)銀行管理層經(jīng)營管理能力的重大挑戰(zhàn),人民幣國際化實(shí)現(xiàn)的條件中最重要的就是利率市場化及貨幣可自由兌換,這兩點(diǎn)對一直以來國際化程度并不高的我國商業(yè)銀行來講,將是艱巨的挑戰(zhàn),除此之外,商業(yè)銀行國際化進(jìn)程中還要面對境外的國別風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、市場風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等諸多問題。本文研究了我國商業(yè)銀行國際化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及問題,進(jìn)而對比分析了在人民幣國際化進(jìn)程中,各家商業(yè)銀行不同的海外發(fā)展情況,并研究了商業(yè)銀行如何在人民幣國際化的背景下,通過選擇符合自身經(jīng)營特點(diǎn)的國際化發(fā)展對策,借助人民幣國際化進(jìn)程提高自身的國際競爭力。
[Abstract]:Put forward the opportunities and challenges of the internationalization of RMB in the context of this paper, development countermeasures to promote the internationalization of Chinese Commercial Banks: 1, location: in the early stage of internationalization of commercial banks, by using in different regions to open overseas institutions, mergers and acquisitions, establish agency relations and other means of physical layout. Different layout of different location can play in a number of countries and regions in a surrounding radiation effect, but the commercial banks in different location layout also shows that commercial banks in the future development opportunities in anticipation, the trend of RMB internationalization, to the effect of the surrounding radiation done only ahead of the layout for more regional clearing center in order to better qualified commercial banks; 2, overseas business development: overseas business is built on the basis of the strategic location, through The basic spatial construction of overseas business development, at the same time in the operating license to get more business, overseas business covers the breadth, depth to a crucial role in the development of international commercial banks, especially in the process of internationalization of the RMB in cross-border linkage and offshore renminbi financial products showed rapid development, as the market continues sound and control gradually liberalized, this is a great opportunity for commercial banks in the next few years are welcome; 3, global customer resources: global customer resources is in the two aspects as the foundation, the internationalization of RMB in the opportunity, to realize the internationalization of commercial banks, in addition to focus on local "going out" customers outside, but also need to pay attention to overseas customers and clients to come only in the overseas development, only overseas customer groups continue to expand to make China The commercial bank lays a solid foundation in the overseas development, similarly, commercial banks can "go out" and large foreign multinational customer group preferred to expand the global customer resources, and then with the process of internationalization of the RMB gradually enrich the global customer system; 4, risk control, risk control is the priority among priorities to achieve the international development of commercial banks at the same time, is a major challenge for the management of commercial banks management ability, the most important condition of RMB internationalization is the marketization of interest rate and currency convertibility, both of China's commercial banks has been the internationalization degree is not high, will be a challenge, in addition, also facing the country the risk of overseas commercial bank internationalization, many problems such as market risk. This paper studies the current situation and problems of China's commercial bank internationalization, Then a comparative analysis on the process of internationalization of the RMB, the commercial banks in different overseas development, and study how the commercial banks in the background of internationalization of RMB internationalization, by selecting the Countermeasures for the development of its own operating characteristics, with the process of internationalization of the RMB to improve the international competitiveness of their own.
