【摘要】：改革開放以來,中國經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,取得了舉世矚目的成就。但作為我國人口眾多的農(nóng)村地區(qū),仍處于相對落后狀態(tài),如何打破城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu),增加農(nóng)民收入實現(xiàn)共同富裕的社會主義偉大目標(biāo),成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新一輪任務(wù)。但作為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)中最薄弱的農(nóng)村地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展雖然取得了長足進(jìn)步,但相較于經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的城市地區(qū),仍然處于相對落后狀態(tài),這也制約了我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的總體發(fā)展。改革開放至今,我國大體經(jīng)歷三次農(nóng)村金融改革,逐漸形成了現(xiàn)有的農(nóng)村金融體系。但現(xiàn)有的農(nóng)村金融體系仍然存在著諸多的問題,主要體現(xiàn)在農(nóng)村金融供求的雙方面不足,資金利用率較低,農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)部門較少,無法滿足大量的農(nóng)村資金需求。農(nóng)業(yè)保險缺失,無法確保農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展。對于我國農(nóng)村金融存在問題的正確認(rèn)識和了解,不但有利于我國農(nóng)村地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,更關(guān)乎我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體發(fā)展。本文分文五個章節(jié)論述第一章為緒論。介紹了選題背景及研究意義,并依此提出了本文的研究框架及研究方法。對與本文研究相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外的理論和文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,提出了本文創(chuàng)新與不足的地方。第二章為農(nóng)村金融問題理論概述。主要針對現(xiàn)行國際比較成型的金融經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展理論的發(fā)展進(jìn)行綜合性分析,為我國農(nóng)村金融的研究提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第三章主要討論為農(nóng)村新型經(jīng)濟(jì)體系建設(shè)過程中對我國農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的要求。主要從提出的背景內(nèi)涵角度分析農(nóng)村金融對于新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營體系的發(fā)展中所提供的支持第四章闡述了我國農(nóng)村金融的總體現(xiàn)狀,存在的問題以及形成原因,通過這些分析,找出我國農(nóng)村金融的弊端。為提出我國農(nóng)村金融改革方案提供依據(jù)。第五章為新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營體系體系下的農(nóng)村金融改革,對我國農(nóng)村金融改革提出具體的建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements. However, as a rural area with a large population, it is still in a relatively backward state. How to break the dual structure between urban and rural areas, Increasing farmers' income and realizing the great socialist goal of common prosperity has become a new task for the economic development of our country. However, as the weakest rural area in our economy, economic development has made considerable progress. However, compared with the rapid economic development of urban areas, China is still in a relatively backward state, which also restricts the overall economic development of our country. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China has generally experienced three rural financial reforms. But the existing rural financial system still has many problems, mainly reflected in the shortage of rural financial supply and demand, the low utilization rate of funds, and the less rural financial service sector. The lack of agricultural insurance, the inability to ensure the stable and healthy development of the rural economy, the correct understanding and understanding of the problems existing in rural finance in China are not only conducive to the development of the rural economy in China, This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction. It introduces the background of the topic and the significance of the research. Based on this, the research framework and research methods of this paper are put forward, and the domestic and foreign theories and literature related to this study are summarized. The second chapter is an overview of the theory of rural financial problems, mainly aimed at the development of the current international comparative model of financial and economic development theory. The third chapter mainly discusses the requirements for the development of rural finance in the process of the construction of new rural economic system. Chapter 4th of the support provided in the development of the new agricultural management system describes the overall situation of rural finance in China. Through these analysis, we can find out the malpractice of rural finance in our country, and provide the basis for the scheme of rural finance reform in our country. Chapter 5th is the reform of rural finance under the new agricultural management system. Put forward the concrete suggestion to our country countryside finance reform.
