【摘要】：至今為止，人民幣國際化已取得初步成就，即在跨境貿易中可以使用人民幣進行結算，結算范圍已擴大到全國各地和全世界。雖然人民幣尚處在結算貨幣的階段，但在歐債危機愈發(fā)嚴重，美國量化寬松貨幣政策效用不大的背景下，人民幣成為國際貨幣的優(yōu)勢日益顯現。當前人民幣跨境流動以及將來人民幣作為儲備貨幣，都需要依靠銀行間的支付結算系統(tǒng)來完成，國際結算部門作為承接國內與國外結算的一個中介部門，其競爭力必然會隨著人民幣國際化進程加深而受到直接或間接的影響。 本文在分析了人民幣國際化現狀以及發(fā)展趨勢的基礎上，依賴鉆石模型，采用文獻資料法、模型分析法、比較研究法，結合當前銀行國際業(yè)務中主要產品，如信用證、托收、電匯、保理等，對影響商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務競爭力的主要因素進行定性分析，從理論與實際相結合的角度分析了人民幣國際化對國有商業(yè)銀行國際競爭力的利弊影響，并在此基礎上從政府和銀行兩個角度提出針對人民幣國際化背景下，，有利于優(yōu)化商業(yè)銀行國際業(yè)務競爭力的相關意見。 全文分為五個部分進行闡述： 第一部分為引言，介紹了文章的選題背景，研究目的和意義，國內外研究綜述，鉆石模型理論介紹和可能的創(chuàng)新之處。主要對邁克爾波特的鉆石模型進行詳細闡述，論述了影響行業(yè)競爭力的四大基本因素和兩大外來要素之間的相互聯(lián)系，為后文使用鉆石模型分析國有商業(yè)銀行國際結算業(yè)務競爭力做鋪墊。 第二部分論述了人民幣國際化的現狀及其發(fā)展趨勢。著重闡述了從2009年，人民幣首次實現跨境支付以來，人民幣在跨境貿易結算，香港離岸金融市場以及人民幣回流機制方面存在的相關問題，由此對人民幣未來發(fā)展趨勢提出合理暢想。 第三部分為鉆石模型分析。使用人力資源和基礎通信設施對生產要素進行分析，使用國際貿易、國際投資、國際合作的發(fā)展作為需求條件分析，使用國有銀行存貸款量和自身經營成果作為支持產業(yè)分析，使用外資銀行和股份制銀行在人民幣實現跨境結算以后的表現作為競爭對手分析。以人民幣實現跨境結算和香港離岸金融市場的建立為機遇，結合政府的利率、匯率政策，對國有商業(yè)銀行國際結算業(yè)務進行完整的鉆石模型分析。 第四部分論述了人民幣國際化對主要結算方式的影響。以信用證、匯款、托收、保理業(yè)務為例，詳細論述了在當前業(yè)務中存在的不足，以及人民幣國際化后可能帶來的影響。 第五部分為結論。針對前文的具體分析，從政府和銀行兩個角度，對國有商業(yè)銀行國際結算業(yè)務在人民幣國際化趨勢下如何提升自我競爭力，提出了相關的政策意見。
[Abstract]:So far, RMB internationalization has made initial achievements, that is, the RMB can be used for settlement in cross-border trade, and the settlement scope has been extended to all parts of the country and the world. Although the RMB is still in the currency settlement stage, However, against the backdrop of the worsening European debt crisis and the limited effectiveness of the United States quantitative easing monetary policy, the advantages of the renminbi as an international currency are becoming increasingly apparent. At present, RMB flows across borders and the renminbi will be used as a reserve currency in the future. The international settlement department, as an intermediary to undertake settlement at home and abroad, is bound to be affected directly or indirectly with the deepening of RMB internationalization process. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and development trend of RMB internationalization, this paper relies on diamond model, adopts literature method, model analysis method, comparative research method, and combines the main products in the current international business of banks, such as letters of credit, collection, etc. By means of wire transfer and factoring, this paper qualitatively analyzes the main factors that affect the international business competitiveness of commercial banks, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of RMB internationalization on the international competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks from the angle of combining theory with practice. On the basis of this, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the competitiveness of commercial banks' international business under the background of RMB internationalization from the angle of government and bank. The full text is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background, research purpose and significance of the article, domestic and foreign research review, diamond model theory introduction and possible innovation. This paper discusses the four basic factors that affect the competitiveness of the industry and the relationship between the two external factors, which pave the way for the use of diamond model to analyze the international settlement business competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks. The second part discusses the current situation and development trend of RMB internationalization. It focuses on the cross-border trade settlement of RMB since 2009, when RMB first realized cross-border payment. The problems in the offshore financial market and the RMB reflow mechanism in Hong Kong put forward reasonable imagination about the future development trend of RMB. The third part is diamond model analysis. Using human resources and infrastructure to analyze factors of production, using the development of international trade, international investment, international cooperation as demand conditions analysis, Using the amount of deposits and loans of state-owned banks and the results of their own operations as support for industry analysis, The performance of foreign banks and joint-stock banks after the cross-border settlement of RMB has been analyzed as a competitor's analysis. Taking RMB cross-border settlement and the establishment of Hong Kong's offshore financial market as opportunities, and combining the government's interest rate and exchange rate policy, A complete diamond model analysis of the international settlement business of state-owned commercial banks is carried out. Part 4th discusses the impact of RMB internationalization on the main settlement methods. Taking letter of credit, remittance, collection, factoring business as an example, the paper discusses in detail the shortcomings in the current business and the possible impact of RMB internationalization. Part 5th is the conclusion. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to enhance the self-competitiveness of the international settlement business of state-owned commercial banks under the trend of RMB internationalization from the angle of government and bank.
