【摘要】：全球化背景下，中國已儼然成為了貿(mào)易大國，然而，貿(mào)易規(guī)模的迅速擴(kuò)張并未能夠為中國帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益，這主要是由于中國貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)仍然存在各種問題，很大程度上制約了中國對外貿(mào)易整體水平的提升。因此，在中國經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的關(guān)鍵時期，優(yōu)化貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)顯得十分重要。發(fā)達(dá)國家經(jīng)驗顯示，貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的高度優(yōu)化總是伴隨著金融業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。那么，貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化與金融發(fā)展兩者之間是否存在必然的聯(lián)系？如果存在，這種影響作用程度如何？ 已有研究證實，金融發(fā)展確實能夠促進(jìn)貿(mào)易發(fā)展。但是，這些研究大都是從發(fā)達(dá)國家或地區(qū)金融發(fā)展對貿(mào)易規(guī)模的影響出發(fā)。而中國作為發(fā)展中國家，貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)問題突出，金融發(fā)展水平也與發(fā)達(dá)國家或地區(qū)有較大差異，已有研究結(jié)果是否適用中國還需驗證。本文基于以上考慮，將從理論與實證兩個方面對于中國金融發(fā)展對貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的影響給予研究分析，文章主要分為三部分： 理論方面，從內(nèi)外兩個角度對金融發(fā)展影響貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的機(jī)理給予分析。主要結(jié)論為：金融發(fā)展對技術(shù)差異、資本稟賦及規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生影響，從內(nèi)部正向促進(jìn)貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化；同時，金融發(fā)展依靠自身分散風(fēng)險、影響匯率以及金融政策作用外向影響貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化。 實證方面，本文分別從國家層面以及區(qū)域?qū)用鎸χ袊鹑诎l(fā)展以及貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀給予描述，之后利用中國1980年-2010年的時間序列數(shù)據(jù)以及中國30個省市的省際面板數(shù)據(jù)，分別給予實證分析。基于國家層面的分析結(jié)果顯示，金融發(fā)展與貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化存在長期均衡關(guān)系，其中金融結(jié)構(gòu)以及金融效率影響程度較大。區(qū)域?qū)用娼Y(jié)果則顯示東部地區(qū)該正向作用明顯，，而中西部地區(qū)該作用并不顯著且存在滯后。 政策建議方面，結(jié)合中國目前金融發(fā)展規(guī)劃以及貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化宏觀方向，本文認(rèn)為應(yīng)該加大國家對于金融業(yè)支撐貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的支持力度，同時注重金融效率以及金融結(jié)構(gòu)水平的提升，同時要把握好東、中、西部金融發(fā)展的進(jìn)程，利用好各自優(yōu)勢，讓金融發(fā)展在貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化進(jìn)程中發(fā)揮支撐作用。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, China has become a big trading country. However, the rapid expansion of the scale of trade has not been able to bring huge economic benefits to China, mainly because there are still various problems in China's trade structure. To a large extent, the overall level of China's foreign trade has been restricted. Therefore, in the critical period of China's economic transformation, it is very important to optimize the trade structure. The highly optimized trade structure is always accompanied by the rapid development of the financial industry. So, is there an inevitable relationship between the optimization of the trade structure and the financial development? If so, to what extent? Studies have confirmed that financial development can indeed promote trade development. However, most of these studies are based on the impact of financial development in developed countries or regions on the scale of trade. China, as a developing country, has a serious trade structure problem. The level of financial development is also quite different from that of developed countries or regions, and it is necessary to verify whether the existing research results are applicable to China. This paper studies and analyzes the impact of China's financial development on the optimization of trade structure from both theoretical and empirical aspects. The article is divided into three parts:. Theoretically, the mechanism of financial development affecting trade structure optimization is analyzed from both internal and external perspectives. The main conclusions are as follows: financial development has an impact on technological differences, capital endowment and economies of scale. At the same time, the development of finance depends on dispersing the risk, influencing the exchange rate and the function of financial policy to influence the optimization of the trade structure. Empirically, this paper describes the current situation of China's financial development and trade structure at the national and regional levels, and then uses the time series data from 1980 to 2010 and the provincial panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China. Based on the results of the analysis at the national level, it is shown that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between financial development and trade structure optimization. The regional results show that the positive effect of the financial structure and financial efficiency is obvious in the eastern region, but the effect in the central and western regions is not significant and lagged behind. In terms of policy recommendations, combined with China's current financial development plan and the macro direction of trade structure optimization, this paper argues that the state should increase its support for the optimization of the financial sector's support trade structure. At the same time, we should pay attention to the improvement of financial efficiency and the level of financial structure. At the same time, we should grasp the process of financial development in the east, middle and west, make good use of their respective advantages, and let the financial development play a supporting role in the process of optimizing the trade structure.
