【摘要】：人民幣匯率形成最終應以貨幣購買力平價為基礎,而不應由市場供求來決定。當前向市場機制轉變的匯率制度改革也必須遵循價值規(guī)律。我國的匯率制度改革已取得一定成效,但仍沒有較好體現(xiàn)購買力平價機制。目前我國人民幣匯率的形成從"盯住單一美元"向"參考一攬子貨幣"轉變,說明人民幣匯率形成機制正在日趨完善。但如何選擇幣種數(shù)量及確定權重系數(shù)還需作深入研究。
[Abstract]:The formation of RMB exchange rate should be based on the purchasing power parity of currency and not determined by the market supply and demand. The current exchange rate system reform to the market mechanism must follow the law of value, and China's exchange rate system reform has achieved certain results. At present, the formation of the RMB exchange rate in China has changed from "pegging to a single dollar" to "a reference basket of currencies." It shows that the RMB exchange rate formation mechanism is becoming more and more perfect, but how to select the number of currencies and determine the weight coefficient need to be deeply studied.
