【摘要】：進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要性和必要性同全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化以相同的趨勢(shì)同步發(fā)展。俄中作為亞歐大陸上兩相鄰的大國，在雙邊政治關(guān)系和地區(qū)間經(jīng)貿(mào)往來，都有著非常密切的往來。相比較兩國間的政治合作，兩國貿(mào)易水平還有進(jìn)一步提升的空間。如今兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)在快速發(fā)展的新環(huán)境下，加強(qiáng)俄中貿(mào)易合作水平十分重要也十分必要。人民幣的匯率變化經(jīng)歷了上世紀(jì)八十年代大幅貶值、九十年代逐步升值、本世紀(jì)初實(shí)際貶值和浮動(dòng)匯率制度下逐步升值的變化。俄羅斯盧布匯率政策。也經(jīng)歷了從計(jì)劃到市場再到政府干預(yù)的變化。匯率的變化對(duì)貿(mào)易水平有著深遠(yuǎn)的影響，研究俄中兩國匯率變化對(duì)兩國貿(mào)易的作用有著重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)外有關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)俄中兩國匯率現(xiàn)狀和貿(mào)易水平做了全面的分析，并運(yùn)用回歸分析方法，分析匯率和其他影響因子對(duì)貿(mào)易的影響作用水平。為了進(jìn)一步改善俄中貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀，俄中兩國應(yīng)重新定位兩國的貿(mào)易合作關(guān)系，在俄中邊境建立保稅區(qū)和經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)合作區(qū)，進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化俄中貿(mào)易的商品結(jié)構(gòu)，，在目前兩國最具合作潛力的能源貿(mào)易上深化合作，并提供良好的政策、金融支持使得兩國投資便利化。
[Abstract]:In the new century, the importance and necessity of regional economy have developed in the same direction as global economic integration. As two neighboring powers in the Eurasian continent, Russia and China are engaged in bilateral political relations and inter-regional economic and trade exchanges. There is still room for further improvement in the level of trade between the two countries compared with the political cooperation between the two countries. Today, the two countries' economies are in a new environment of rapid development. It is very important and necessary to strengthen the level of Russian-Chinese trade cooperation. The exchange rate of the RMB experienced a sharp depreciation in -20s and gradually appreciated in 90s. The real depreciation at the beginning of this century and the gradual appreciation under the floating exchange rate regime. The Russian rouble exchange rate policy... Has also experienced changes from planning to the market to government intervention. The changes in the exchange rate have a profound impact on the level of trade. It is of great practical significance to study the effect of the exchange rate changes between Russia and China on the trade between the two countries. On the basis of studying the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation and trade level of the exchange rate between Russia and China, and applies the regression analysis method. In order to further improve the current situation of Russia-China trade, Russia and China should reposition their trade cooperation relations and establish bonded zones and economic and technological cooperation zones along the Russian-Chinese border. Further optimize the commodity structure of Russian-Chinese trade, deepen cooperation in the energy trade, which has the most potential cooperation between the two countries, and provide good policies, financial support to facilitate investment between the two countries.
