【摘要】：基于1985～2009年中國31個省級面板數(shù)據(jù),綜合運用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)與GARCH模型對我國財政金融支農協(xié)同效率及其演化規(guī)律進行實證分析。研究結果表明:社會主義市場經(jīng)濟體制建立后,我國財政金融支農協(xié)同效率顯著提高,但存在明顯的時空差異。西部財政金融支農協(xié)同效率最高,其次是東部地區(qū),最低的是中部地區(qū);我國財政金融支農協(xié)同效率演化中存在"集簇性"、"非對稱性"以及長短期演化存在差異的規(guī)律性特征�；趯嵶C結論提出相關政策建議。
[Abstract]:1985~2009 years Chinese 31 based on provincial panel data, the integrated use of DEA-Malmquist index and GARCH model to make an empirical analysis on China's fiscal and financial support for agriculture cooperative efficiency and evolution. The results show that the establishment of the socialist market economy system, China's fiscal and financial support for agriculture cooperative efficiency increased significantly, but there exists obvious space-time difference. The fiscal and financial support for agriculture collaborative efficiency is the highest, followed by the eastern region, the central region is the lowest; China's fiscal and financial support for agriculture cooperative efficiency evolution exists in the cluster "," the law of non symmetry and long term evolution of different characteristics. And puts forward relevant policy suggestions based on the empirical conclusions.
