【摘要】:以工,農,中,建四大國有商業(yè)銀行為主體的金融體系,對平穩(wěn)和健康的國家經濟發(fā)展起著無與倫比的重要作用。但是,隨著國有商業(yè)銀行壟斷地位的打破、互聯(lián)網銀行的開設,倒逼銀行業(yè)加速變革,銀行業(yè)面臨更大的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。銀行的發(fā)展離不開科學技術的發(fā)展,銀行能夠樹立品牌,占有市場,依靠的是核心業(yè)務和核心技術。優(yōu)秀的銀行需要以較低的成本,為客戶提供優(yōu)勢的服務,并且能夠幫助客戶節(jié)約辦理業(yè)務時費用和時間。銀行要用靈活、可靠的IT基礎設施、業(yè)務辦理渠道、后臺處理系統(tǒng)把自己和客戶連接起來,為客戶提供安全、可靠、保險箱式金融服務。這些都需要業(yè)務和IT部門的精誠協(xié)作,解決來自于業(yè)務流程、信息安全、技術可行性發(fā)面的問題。隨著銀行對信息技術依賴度的上升,現(xiàn)有的銀行IT人才呈現(xiàn)出兩方面的問題:一方面優(yōu)秀的復合型IT人才成為各大銀行追逐的目標,IT人才流失;另一方面企業(yè)如何提高自身人力資源水平,挽留IT人才。通過職業(yè)生涯管理挖掘現(xiàn)有IT員工的潛力、提高IT員工的價值,已經成為銀行亟待解決的問題。本文以A銀行IT員工的職業(yè)生涯管理為研究主題,通過問卷及訪談等調查形式搜集并整理了大量詳實的數(shù)據(jù)。展現(xiàn)了A銀行IT員工職業(yè)生涯現(xiàn)狀中存在的問題,運用職業(yè)生涯管理理論對這些問題的原因進行分析,給出相應的優(yōu)化建議。使IT員工在A銀行內部的職業(yè)發(fā)展道路更加的通常,并為A銀行的信息化建設做出巨大的貢獻,構筑企業(yè)在金融同業(yè)的核心競爭力,獲得持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The financial system, with the four state-owned commercial banks as the main body, plays an unparalleled role in the steady and healthy national economic development. However, with the breaking of the monopoly position of the state-owned commercial banks, With the opening of Internet banks, the banking industry is facing more opportunities and challenges. The development of banks can not be separated from the development of science and technology. Banks can set up brands and occupy the market. Rely on the core business and core technology. Good banks need to provide superior services to customers at lower cost, and can help customers save money and time to do business. Banks should use flexible and reliable IT infrastructure, Business processing channels, backstage processing systems connect themselves to customers to provide customers with secure, reliable, safe financial services. All of these require sincere cooperation between business and IT departments to solve problems from business processes, information security, With the rise of banks' dependence on information technology, the existing banking IT talents present two problems: on the one hand, excellent composite IT talents become the target of the banks chasing IT brain drain; On the other hand, how to improve the level of human resources and retain IT talent. Through career management to tap the potential of existing IT staff, improve the value of IT staff, This paper focuses on the career management of IT employees in Bank A. Through questionnaires and interviews and other forms of investigation to collect and collate a large number of detailed data, showing the current situation of IT employees in Bank A problems, using career management theory to analyze the causes of these problems, Give the corresponding optimization suggestion, make IT employee's career development road in A bank more common, and make great contribution to the information construction of Bank A, build the core competitiveness of enterprise in the financial industry, obtain the continuance, Develop healthily.
