【摘要】:隨著建設(shè)社會主義新農(nóng)村工作的不斷推進(jìn),農(nóng)村金融改革的不斷深入,農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)如雨后春筍般蓬勃發(fā)展,作為中國金融體系的重要組成部分,為我國農(nóng)村金融市場的繁榮和發(fā)展,做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。有市場就會有競爭,農(nóng)村金融市場繁榮發(fā)展的同時,各類型金融機(jī)構(gòu)對農(nóng)村金融市場的爭奪也越發(fā)激烈。農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行是以服務(wù)“三農(nóng)”為經(jīng)營理念,以農(nóng)戶和中小企業(yè)為目標(biāo)客戶,是解決農(nóng)戶和中小企業(yè)融資難問題重要的市場力量。但作為商業(yè)銀行,它也必須注重其自身的盈利能力,以期實(shí)現(xiàn)自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行作為農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)的組成部分,面對嚴(yán)峻的市場競爭環(huán)境,如何在競爭中獲得發(fā)展成為其不可回避的問題。 從第一家農(nóng)商行的成立至今,我國已經(jīng)有130余家農(nóng)商行,其快速發(fā)展既滿足了我國農(nóng)村和農(nóng)業(yè)對金融服務(wù)的需求、完善了我國銀行業(yè)的層次結(jié)構(gòu),又給我國農(nóng)村金融市場帶來了新的發(fā)展動力。農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行在摸索中不斷向前發(fā)展。我國的農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行在發(fā)展的過程中具備一些優(yōu)勢條件,,如受到國家的政策扶持、具有區(qū)域優(yōu)勢等。但也存在著規(guī)模較少且具有先天不足的劣勢,農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行想在競爭中獲得優(yōu)勢地位,就必須發(fā)掘并利用其核心競爭力來獲得利潤和自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此,本文選擇核心競爭力作為研究農(nóng)商行的切入點(diǎn)。 首先對企業(yè)核心競爭力和商業(yè)銀行核心競爭力的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了闡述,并對核心競爭力理論進(jìn)行了概述和總結(jié)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行的核心競爭力進(jìn)行了理論分析。然后,在遵循科學(xué)、全面、可得性原則的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)農(nóng)村中小金融機(jī)構(gòu)績效評價體系構(gòu)建了能夠在一定程度上反映農(nóng)商行核心競爭力的評價指標(biāo)體系。并選取了15家農(nóng)商行2010年年報(bào)數(shù)據(jù)采用因子分析法,對15家農(nóng)商行核心競爭力進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。最后,根據(jù)實(shí)證的結(jié)果,提出了提升我國農(nóng)村商業(yè)銀行核心競爭力的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the construction of new socialist countryside and the deepening of the rural financial reform, the rural financial institutions are booming, as an important part of China's financial system. It has made important contributions to the prosperity and development of the rural financial market in China. There will be competition when there is a market. At the same time, the rural financial market will flourish and develop. The competition for rural financial market by various types of financial institutions is becoming more and more fierce. Rural commercial banks take serving "agriculture, countryside and farmers" as their business philosophy and farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises as their target customers. It is an important market force to solve the financing difficulties of farmers and small and medium-sized enterprises. However, as a commercial bank, it must also pay attention to its own profitability. Rural commercial banks, as a component of rural financial institutions, face the severe market competition environment, how to develop in the competition has become an unavoidable problem. Since the establishment of the first agricultural and commercial bank, there have been more than 130 agricultural and commercial banks in China. Its rapid development has not only satisfied the demand for financial services in rural areas and agriculture, but also improved the hierarchical structure of China's banking industry. Rural commercial banks continue to develop forward in the process of development. The rural commercial banks in our country have some advantages in the process of development, such as the policy support of the state. But also has the inferior position which the scale is relatively small and has the innate insufficiency, the rural commercial bank wants to obtain the superiority position in the competition, Therefore, this paper chooses the core competence as the starting point to study the agribusiness. Firstly, the connotation of core competence of enterprises and commercial banks is expounded, and the theory of core competence is summarized and summarized. The core competence of rural commercial banks is analyzed theoretically. Then, on the basis of following the principles of science, comprehensiveness and availability, According to the performance evaluation system of rural small and medium-sized financial institutions, this paper constructs an evaluation index system that can reflect the core competitiveness of agricultural and commercial banks to a certain extent, and selects 15 agricultural and commercial banks' annual report data of 2010 to adopt factor analysis method. This paper makes an empirical study on the core competence of 15 rural commercial banks. Finally, according to the empirical results, the author puts forward some suggestions for improving the core competitiveness of rural commercial banks in China.
