中山C銀行中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務研究

【摘要】:中小企業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的基礎,是推動我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要動力之一。位于珠三角的中山市,改革開放以來經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速發(fā)展,中小企業(yè)遍布全市,形成了鮮明的“一鎮(zhèn)一品”的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展態(tài)勢。隨著宏觀經(jīng)濟的調(diào)整和次貸危機的深入,中山市中小企業(yè)發(fā)展由于融資渠道狹窄、自身經(jīng)營不規(guī)范等也同樣面臨著融資難的問題。 C銀行是一家大型的國有股份制商業(yè)銀行,為客戶提供全面的商業(yè)銀行產(chǎn)品與服務,在中國銀行業(yè)居于市場領先地位。近年來,C銀行不斷優(yōu)化業(yè)務流程、創(chuàng)新金融產(chǎn)品,加快業(yè)務發(fā)展,特別是為廣大中小企業(yè)提供全面的融資服務,竭力解決中小企業(yè)融資難的問題。中山C銀行作為一家二級分行,,秉承“以市場為導向、以客戶為中心”的經(jīng)營理念,堅持融入中山市本地特色文化、支持當?shù)亟?jīng)濟建設,積極配合中山市政府鼓勵中小企業(yè)業(yè)務發(fā)展,不斷加大市場營銷拓展能力,為中小企業(yè)的壯大發(fā)展提供多渠道的融資產(chǎn)品,保持良好的市場競爭力。 本文在對商業(yè)銀行競爭力與市場營銷、中小企業(yè)信貸融資等相關理論綜述基礎上,分析了中山市中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展情況和產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的特征,并進一步分析了中山市中小企業(yè)存在融資渠道狹窄、自身經(jīng)營不規(guī)范的瓶頸問題。同時本文概述了中山C銀行中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的發(fā)展情況,進一步闡述了中山C銀行中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務的組織架構(gòu)及信貸業(yè)務流程中的五大職能模塊,同時簡要闡述了C銀行中小企業(yè)信貸產(chǎn)品。針對中山市中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展特點以及存在的融資瓶頸問題,本文進一步分析了中山C銀行發(fā)展中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務過程中存在的問題和原因。本文為更好促進中山C銀行加快發(fā)展中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務,針對存在的問題從信貸業(yè)務流程、融資產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、風險管理、考核機制等方面提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are the foundation of our national economy and one of the main driving forces for the economic development of our country. Located in Zhongshan City in the Pearl River Delta, the economy has continued to develop rapidly since the reform and opening up, and small and medium-sized enterprises have spread all over the city. With the adjustment of macro-economy and the deepening of the sub-prime crisis, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan City is due to the narrow financing channels. Its own management is not standard and so on also faces the financing difficulty question. Bank C is a large state-owned joint-stock commercial bank that provides customers with comprehensive commercial bank products and services, and occupies a leading position in China's banking industry. In recent years, Bank C has continuously optimized business processes and innovated financial products. To speed up business development, especially to provide comprehensive financing services for small and medium-sized enterprises, and to make every effort to solve the problem of financing difficulties for SMEs. As a secondary branch, Zhongshan C Bank adheres to the "market-oriented" approach. Customer-centered business philosophy, adhere to the integration of Zhongshan local characteristics culture, support local economic construction, actively cooperate with the Zhongshan municipal government to encourage small and medium-sized business development, constantly increase the ability to expand marketing, To provide multi-channel financing products for the growth and development of small and medium enterprises and maintain good market competitiveness. On the basis of summarizing the competitive power and marketing of commercial banks, credit financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper analyzes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan City and the characteristics of industrial clusters. Furthermore, the paper analyzes the bottleneck of the narrow financing channel and non-standard operation of SMEs in Zhongshan City. At the same time, this paper summarizes the development of credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan C Bank. Further elaborated the Zhongshan C Bank small and medium-sized enterprise credit business organization structure and the credit business process five function modules, At the same time, the paper briefly expounds the credit products of small and medium-sized enterprises in Bank C. aiming at the characteristics of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan City and the financing bottlenecks, This paper further analyzes the problems and causes in the process of developing credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan C Bank. In order to promote the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhongshan C Bank, this paper aims at the problems in credit business process. The innovation of financing products, risk management, assessment mechanism and other aspects of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
