【摘要】：私募權(quán)益資本的興起為資本市場(chǎng)開辟了新的投資領(lǐng)域,彌補(bǔ)了資本市場(chǎng)的縫隙,完善了資本市場(chǎng)的功能,其積極投資的理念也使資本市場(chǎng)能夠更好地為實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)。本文在介紹私募權(quán)益資本在資本市場(chǎng)中的位置和主要功能基礎(chǔ)上,探討了其在經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中募資——投資——增值——退出——回報(bào)的循環(huán)增值運(yùn)動(dòng),以及私募權(quán)益資本在各種因素的驅(qū)動(dòng)下如何為被投資企業(yè)帶來價(jià)值提升,從而促進(jìn)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,繼而給金融經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來積極影響的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The rise of private equity capital has opened up a new investment field for the capital market, made up the gap of the capital market, and perfected the function of the capital market. The idea of positive investment also makes the capital market serve the real economy better. This paper introduces the position and main functions of private equity capital in the capital market. This paper discusses the circulation increment movement of its fund-raising, investment-value-added, exit-return in the economic system, and how private equity capital, driven by various factors, can bring value enhancement to the invested enterprises and thus promote the development of the real economy. The macro-economic effect that brings positive influence to financial economy.
