【摘要】：現(xiàn)代金融體系的出現(xiàn),推動(dòng)了資本積累,加速了資金融通,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)。隨著金融體系的功能日趨強(qiáng)大,金融已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的核心。高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的水平直接反映了一個(gè)國(guó)家的科技水平和產(chǎn)業(yè)水平,并集中體現(xiàn)了一個(gè)國(guó)家的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品因其高技術(shù)含量和高附加值的特點(diǎn),具有較強(qiáng)的出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品將是我國(guó)未來(lái)產(chǎn)品出口的重要內(nèi)容。但同時(shí),高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)需要持續(xù)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,又兼具高投入、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等特征,特別需要強(qiáng)大的金融支持。 本論文從前人的研究成果出發(fā),論述了金融支持促進(jìn)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口的理論機(jī)制。金融體系通過(guò)資本形成機(jī)制、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分散機(jī)制、信息搜集處理機(jī)制、項(xiàng)目監(jiān)督機(jī)制以及FDI溢出效應(yīng)機(jī)制等途徑來(lái)促進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新；技術(shù)創(chuàng)新通過(guò)干中學(xué)效應(yīng)和技術(shù)模仿或創(chuàng)新影響產(chǎn)品比較優(yōu)勢(shì),最終促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品出口。金融體系自身也可以通過(guò)其所具有的功能提高國(guó)家的資本稟賦從而對(duì)一國(guó)的對(duì)外貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生直接影響�；谙嚓P(guān)理論分析,本文構(gòu)建了金融支持影響技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品出口的基本計(jì)量模型,并提出影響高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品出口的其它因素,再分別以技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品出口為因變量進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),得出結(jié)論。 木文的主要結(jié)論有：第一,金融支持是高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)品出口的重要影響因素；第二,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新對(duì)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口具有積極的推動(dòng)作用；第三,財(cái)政支持、企業(yè)自籌資金、上一期新產(chǎn)品銷(xiāo)售收入、企業(yè)規(guī)模、外商直接投資等也是影響高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新和出口的重要因素。 基于實(shí)證分析,本文提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議,我國(guó)應(yīng)當(dāng)重視銀行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,通過(guò)銀行具有的各項(xiàng)功能和提供的各種服務(wù)來(lái)促進(jìn)高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新與出口,同時(shí)還需完善制度安排,健全創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)政府財(cái)政扶持力度,以實(shí)現(xiàn)提升高技術(shù)產(chǎn)品出口能力的目的。
[Abstract]:The emergence of the modern financial system has promoted the accumulation of capital, accelerated the flow of funds, promoted economic development and industrial upgrading. Finance has become the core of modern economic development. The level of high-tech industries directly reflects the technological and industrial levels of a country. It embodies the core competitiveness of a country. High-tech products have strong export competitiveness because of their high technology content and high added value. High-tech products will be the important content of our country's future product export, but at the same time, High-tech industry needs continuous technological innovation, high input, high risk and so on, especially needs strong financial support. This paper discusses the theoretical mechanism of financial support to promote the export of high-tech products. The financial system through the mechanism of capital formation, risk dispersion, information collection and processing mechanism. Project supervision mechanism and FDI spillover effect mechanism are used to promote technological innovation, which influences the comparative advantage of products through doing middle school effect and technological imitation or innovation. The financial system itself can also improve the capital endowment of a country through its functions and thus have a direct impact on a country's foreign trade. This paper constructs a basic measurement model of financial support that affects technological innovation and product export, and puts forward other factors that affect high-tech industry technological innovation and product export, and then takes technological innovation and product export as dependent variables to conduct empirical tests. Draw a conclusion. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, financial support is an important factor influencing high-tech industry innovation and product export; second, technological innovation has a positive role in promoting high-tech product export; third, financial support. Self-financing, sales income of new products in the last period, enterprise scale and foreign direct investment are also the important factors affecting innovation and export of high-tech industry. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations. Our country should attach importance to the healthy development of the banking industry, and promote the innovation and export of high-tech industry through the various functions and services provided by the banks. At the same time, it is necessary to perfect the system arrangement, perfect the training mechanism of innovative talents, and strengthen the financial support of the government in order to achieve the purpose of enhancing the export ability of high-tech products.
