【摘要】:L市城市商業(yè)銀行(以下簡稱L銀行)成立于2007年1月,是JS銀行分支機構。隨著L銀行的快速發(fā)展,為了進一步提高市場競爭力,適應新階段的特點和外部形勢變化,該行制定了“六大發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標”,原有的客戶經(jīng)理績效指標體系己不適應現(xiàn)代銀行業(yè)競爭和發(fā)展的需要。 本文通過對績效指標及相關理論的研究,對L銀行原有的績效指標體系進行了分析,找出了其績效指標體系中存在的問題及其成因。根據(jù)其行業(yè)特點,在對企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標分析的基礎上,整合企業(yè)文化、銀行客戶經(jīng)理的崗位特征,并運用國際上成熟和被廣泛使用的關鍵績效指標法(KPI)設計績效指標,試設計出一套科學合理的績效考核指標體系。設計出的客戶經(jīng)理績效指標體系符合該L銀行的戰(zhàn)略目標。優(yōu)化后的績效考核指標有利于促進L銀行提升經(jīng)營效益和發(fā)展質(zhì)量,提高金融服務水平,完善激勵機制,提升綜合競爭能力,保證各項業(yè)務平穩(wěn)發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略目標,建成全國一流的現(xiàn)代城市商業(yè)銀行。
[Abstract]:City Commercial Bank of L City (hereinafter referred to as L Bank) was established in January 2007 as a branch of JS Bank. With the rapid development of L Bank, in order to further improve the market competitiveness and adapt to the characteristics of the new stage and changes in the external situation, The bank has formulated the "six strategic goals of development", and the original performance index system of customer managers has not been able to meet the needs of competition and development of modern banking industry. Based on the study of performance indicators and related theories, this paper analyzes the original performance index system of L Bank, finds out the existing problems and causes of its performance index system, according to the characteristics of its industry, Based on the analysis of the strategic objectives of enterprises, this paper integrates the corporate culture, the post characteristics of bank customer managers, and designs the performance indicators by using the internationally mature and widely used key performance indicators (KPI). This paper tries to design a set of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal index system. The designed customer manager performance index system accords with the strategic goal of the L bank. The optimized performance appraisal index is helpful to promote L bank to improve the operating efficiency and development quality. To improve the level of financial services, improve the incentive mechanism, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness, ensure the smooth development of various business, achieve the strategic goal, and build a first-class modern city commercial banks.
