華融湘江銀行發(fā)展中小企業(yè)信貸策略研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,隨著我國中小企業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,它已成為我國國民經(jīng)濟的一個重要組成,在推進我國經(jīng)濟增長,促進就業(yè)的過程中,扮演著越來越重要的角色。然而,中小企業(yè)融資問題至今仍是困擾著我國政府乃至世界其他各國政府的一個難題,極大的制約了中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展。銀行作為金融機構(gòu)的主體之一,其貸款成為中小企業(yè)所需資金的主要來源,中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展不得不依賴于銀行信貸的支持。華融湘江銀行作為通過湖南省政府牽頭成立的地方性商業(yè)銀行,為中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了前所未有的機遇,但是其面臨的挑戰(zhàn)也是巨大的。鑒于此背景,本文選取以商業(yè)銀行角度出發(fā),結(jié)合本人在華融湘江銀行的工作經(jīng)歷,提出華融湘江銀行發(fā)展中小企業(yè)信貸的策略,從而促進銀行和中小企業(yè)的雙向共贏。 本文選擇華融湘江銀行的中小企業(yè)信貸策略為研究對象,結(jié)合中小企業(yè)融資理論以及關(guān)系型貸款對城市商業(yè)銀行開展中小企業(yè)信貸業(yè)務(wù)的理論指導(dǎo),研究華融湘江銀行中小企業(yè)信貸現(xiàn)狀,找出華融湘江銀行目前可能存在的問題,同時結(jié)合本人在華融湘江銀行的工作所累積的實際經(jīng)驗,從銀行內(nèi)部機制建設(shè)和營銷環(huán)境兩個方面提出改善華融湘江銀行中小企業(yè)信貸的對策建議,并通過現(xiàn)實檢驗,,旨在改善中小企業(yè)融資難現(xiàn)狀,促進湖南金融的和諧、快速、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,同時也為湖南省乃至全國地方性商業(yè)銀行提供參考,具有重要的理論和實踐意義。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, it has become an important component of our national economy, in the process of promoting economic growth and employment. However, the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is still a difficult problem for our government and other governments in the world. As one of the main bodies of financial institutions, the bank loan has become the main source of funds needed by SMEs. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises has to rely on the support of bank credit. As a local commercial bank led by Hunan Provincial Government, Huarong Xiangjiang Bank provides an unprecedented opportunity for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. In view of this background, this paper chooses to set out from the perspective of commercial banks, combined with my work experience in the Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong. This paper puts forward the strategy of developing credit for medium and small enterprises in Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong, so as to promote the two-way win-win between banks and small and medium-sized enterprises. This paper chooses the SME credit strategy of Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong as the research object, and combines the financing theory of SMEs and the relationship loan to guide the city commercial bank to carry out the SME credit business. This paper studies the credit situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong, finds out the problems that may exist in Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong at present, and combines with my accumulated practical experience in the work of Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong. From two aspects of bank internal mechanism construction and marketing environment, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the credit of SMEs in Xiangjiang Bank of Huarong, and through the practical test, aims to improve the current situation of financing difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to promote the harmonious, rapid and stable development of Hunan finance, and also to provide reference for the local commercial banks in Hunan province and even the whole country.
