【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢和競爭規(guī)則的不斷改變,企業(yè)面臨著越來越大的競爭壓力,企業(yè)只有轉(zhuǎn)變管理理念,以客戶為導(dǎo)向,不斷審視和改進(jìn)自身的管理體系、業(yè)務(wù)流程的運(yùn)行效率和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,才能使企業(yè)最終獲取持續(xù)的競爭優(yōu)勢。而流程管理越來越被認(rèn)定為是企業(yè)的關(guān)鍵成功因素,因此,將流程技術(shù)、流程化思想導(dǎo)入企業(yè)營運(yùn)、管理的各個(gè)層面已是大勢所趨。在擔(dān)保行業(yè),由于宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境低迷,,擔(dān)保行業(yè)自身發(fā)展面臨整合,該行業(yè)競爭日趨激烈,流程管理已成為擔(dān)保公司進(jìn)行管理提升獲取新競爭優(yōu)勢的共識。H公司著力引入流程管理思想正是中國擔(dān)保行業(yè)進(jìn)行管理提升的典型代表之一。 H擔(dān)保公司正處于集團(tuán)化、規(guī);目焖侔l(fā)展時(shí)期,如何在保證公司業(yè)務(wù)快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),內(nèi)部管理體系能相匹配,找出一套完整、科學(xué)、有效且適應(yīng)公司目前管理提升活動需要的解決方案,尤為重要。為此,H擔(dān)保公司認(rèn)為流程管理是適合并能夠解決公司當(dāng)前困境的一劑良方。 本文主要以H擔(dān)保公司流程管理體系構(gòu)建出發(fā),對其構(gòu)建過程及實(shí)施方案進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性研究。主要內(nèi)容分為六個(gè)部分:第一部分,緒論;第二部分,相關(guān)理論概述;第三部分,H公司概況及流程管理初步分析;第四部分,構(gòu)建H擔(dān)保公司流程管理體系;第五部分,H擔(dān)保公司流程管理實(shí)施及同步建議;第六部分,總結(jié)與回顧本文撰寫的主要內(nèi)容、不足及創(chuàng)新之處等。 通過為H擔(dān)保公司構(gòu)建科學(xué)、有效的流程管理體系,旨在為公司戰(zhàn)略落地提供有利的管理基礎(chǔ)保障。同時(shí)該方法也為其他擔(dān)保公司提供了參與和借鑒,具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:With the constant change of the world economic situation and competition rules, enterprises are facing more and more competitive pressure. Enterprises have to change the management concept, take the customer as the direction, constantly examine and improve their own management system. The operation efficiency and economic benefit of the business process can make the enterprise obtain the sustainable competitive advantage finally. And the process management is more and more recognized as the key success factor of the enterprise, therefore, the process technology will be. In the guarantee industry, because of the low macroeconomic environment, the guarantee industry is facing the integration of its own development, and the competition of the guarantee industry is becoming more and more fierce. Process management has become a common understanding of the guarantee companies to enhance management and gain new competitive advantage. H company focuses on introducing the idea of process management is one of the typical representatives of China's guarantee industry to enhance the management. H guarantee company is in the rapid development period of collectivization and scale. How to ensure the rapid development of the company business at the same time, the internal management system can match to find out a set of integrity, science. It is particularly important to meet the needs of the company to manage its promotion activities. Therefore, the guarantee company considers process management to be a good solution to the company's current difficulties. Based on the construction of process management system of H guarantee company, this paper makes a systematic study on its construction process and implementation scheme. The main content is divided into six parts: the first part, the introduction; The second part is an overview of relevant theories. The third part is the preliminary analysis of the general situation and process management of the company. Part 4th, the construction of H guarantee company process management system; 5th part H guarantee company process management implementation and synchronization proposal; Part 6th summarizes and reviews the main contents, shortcomings and innovations of this paper. By constructing a scientific and effective process management system for H guarantee company, the purpose of this paper is to provide a favorable management foundation for the strategy landing of the company. At the same time, this method also provides participation and reference for other guarantee companies. Has certain realistic significance.
